Good instructions, and not difficult to build. It's good fun putting it together, the final product looks great for display, and it really works! (I've found with these spring-operated models that you definitely don't want to overwind!) Highly recommended!

No glue needed. Gears work better waxed and aligned at build time. Build at slow place and keep extra parts as needed a few. Very good mechanical gears of wood.

If you have a tinker, this is great. Nephew enjoys putting the train together. It’s extremely sturdy. I don’t recommend paining it as his other projects did not function right after.

Very good model, wood thickness is first class and it went together with no problem. I would love to see another version of thisLike the stevson rocket that would be fantastic. The toothpicks went into the holes without excessive force like some of he other models I have made. Well done.

The media could not be loaded.  È un passatempo bellissimo, per i modellisti ferroviari, che vogliano tornare al primordiale treno-giocattolo, che questa volta non è già pronto nella sua scatola, ma va costruito come un modello “professionale”.Le istruzioni sono scritte anche in Italiano ed in modo chiaro; alcune parole sono da interpretare, in quanto tradotte da qualche “translator online”, ma certo non è difficile; tutti i passi vanno seguiti pedissequamente.Le tavolette di compensato di betulla sono spesse 4 mm, sono resistenti, non si spezzano e non si sfrangiano; i vari componenti, tagliati col laser, sono ben incisi ed escono dalla tavoletta senza troppa fatica: non ci vuole sforzo fisico, ma molta attenzione; non si deve usare la colla, tutto si assembla ad incastro.Nelle istruzioni, è consigliato di rimuovere le eventuali sfrangiature, col “coltello multiuso” (si intende un taglierino), ma questa evenienza, a me, non mi è capitata.Le incisioni pirografate sono precise nella forma, ma non nella data: questa locomotiva vorrebbe somigliare ad una “Patentee”, brevettata nel 1833, quindi non nel 1812.Personalmente, avrei aggiunto i respingenti.Si consiglia di lubrificare gli ingranaggi con della cera; io, invece, preferisco l’olio di silicone.Il risultato è un giocattolo ferroviario molto bello ed affascinante, soprattutto per il movimento degli ingranaggi a vista, mossi da una molla, anch’essa da montare con molta cura.😃 Spero che questa recensione possa esserti stata utile!

Ich habe schon einige 3D-Puzzle gemacht, weswegen mich dieses komplett aus Holz so gereizt hat. Es ist eine echt tolle Erfahrung, die Teile sind sauber vorgeschnitten und lassen sich leicht aus den Bögen lösen. Die Anleitung führt einen Schritt für Schritt gut erklärt durch den Aufbau. Es ist toll zu sehen wie sich die einzelnen Teile passgenau ineinander fügen und funktionieren. Definitiv nicht mein letztes 3D-Puzzle aus Holz.

Habe mich beim Kauf von den Bewertungen leiten lassen, wobei ich bei chinesischen Produkten nach mehreren schlechten Erfahrungen skeptisch bin - hier vollkommen unbegründet: sehr gute Qualität, wunderschönes Modell - der Beschenkte ist begeistert, da auch die Bauanleitung sehr gut ist - unbedingte Kaufempfehlung
