I was happy to find my Theraflow fully charged as soon as I opened the box. I had just arrived home from a weekend of canoeing, so I was especially excited to try it out. My first response was “wow, this is tiny!” The Theraflow Ultraportable Personal Massager is just that – ultraportable. I mean, I can fit it in my purse.The ergonomic design allows me to reach any part of the body – even my back. I started using the device while reading the instruction booklet. Needless to say, I didn’t need instructions to figure out how to use this handheld massager. A power button turns the cordless massager on (you’ll see a blue light). There are two sets of + and – signs. The left set controls 7 levels of vibration and the right set controls 7 different pulsation modes.I’ve used the device on sore muscles in my back, arms, and legs. I’ve also used it on a low setting on my forehead and temples to relieve headaches. I find that the vibrations are very relaxing, as they kind of radiate throughout the body.Shortcomings: I didn't really see the point of having so many vibration modes. I think having 4 would give the same effect. The variance between modes is very slight and I couldn't really tell the difference between some of them. In regards to the pulsation modes - they are just vibration with pauses, which I wasn't really a fan of. I like the consistent vibration much better.The massager is relatively quiet considering the power it delivers and has a flexible neck so you can really knead into tight muscles. Theraflow is easy to operate and convenient. It’s super lightweight – less than a pound – and fits comfortably in my hand. The silicone ‘head’ is soft and appropriate to use directly on the skin.The product is not waterproof, but it is water resistant, meaning you can use it in the shower or with massage oil.This small rechargeable personal massager is appropriate for anyone who wants an inexpensive, portable option for a simple vibration massage anytime, anywhere. It’s great for relaxation, headaches, and sore muscles. I would highly recommend it!

Item came in very good timing and worked great the first time I used it. But when I put it on charge, the "blue light " that is supposed to come on didn't, but I left it overnight to charge and the next day when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't work at all, like it's dead although I tried changing the chord and outlet. What really sucks is there is no way that I found to contact the makers to let them know about this problem and I wasted my money. Will not get again.

It's pretty incredible and compares very closely to the Body Wand and may actually function with more settings. Only thing I would like to comment on as far as when it dies you must recharge it for at least an hour before you can use it again, you can not use it while it's charging, when the massager is plugged in to recharge the battery it dies not turn in at all. This would have gotten 5 stars if it was functional during the time you are charging it, the body wand will operate if it is charging or if it's been charged. Either allow it to operate when it's plugged into the wall or allow replicable batteries to be used in the unit so it will operate at all times

UPDATE: the cheap charger came apart and left a metal prong sticking out. We had to turn off the power so we could pull the prong out of the outlet. Seriously, if my kid had touched it before we turned the power off, he could've been killed. I'm so not happy.This thing is TINY. I was expecting something much larger. I was pleasantly surprised by the following:-First, it is powerful, with multiple speeds/rhythm/pulse settings.-Second, it is quiet! Nearly silent.-Third, it arrived fully charged. It can charge in 1 hour, for up to 2 hours of run time, and plugs into any USB, or the provided USB adapter.Overall, I'm quite pleased with it

I love this little device. When I first opened the package, I was honestly a little unsure; it didn’t seem to be powerful enough for my needs. Once I turned it on, however, I realized I was (happily) mistaken. This little massager works wonders. I am prone to knots in my back, and am constantly requesting back rubs from my husband. With this massager, my knots get out far more quickly than if my husband tries, and I can reach them quite easily by myself. I like how portable the massager is; although it doesn’t look like much, it is extremely portable, rechargeable, and easy to use.A word to the wise: read the instructions. They’re small, but the instructions regarding the buttons will let you avoid a headache. The buttons function beautifully, but are a bit difficult to figure out without reading the instructions.What’s more, I passed this around to my family members, and every last one of them got on to Amazon to look at the price, to get one of their own. As a budget-minded family, this is not a common occurrence.Bottom line: this little massager works beautifully, and can be used by yourself (even on hard-to-reach spots on your back), or can be used with a helper, if you need a bit more pressure. My pain-prone back is eternally grateful.

I have had for less then 2 months, have used maybe a handful of times and now all the sudden it wont work; it charges and the power button turns it "on/blue" but then nothing and there are no instructions or any way to troubleshoot it so now I guess I consider it broken despite appearing as though it should be working. Frustrated also that I am not outside my return window by 6 days and feeling like I have no options and wasted my money. Ugh!

Bought this for my neck and shoulders thinking it would help loosen up the knots that keep popping up after work all day and was extremely disappointed. Not only is the wand tiny (which I should have realized after reading the specifications), but it has almost no vibration power. To add to that the charge lasts for like 10 minutes before dying out. I followed all of the charging instructions and kept getting that same 10 minute lifetime. After a week the wand died completely and the motor went out. For almost $30.00 this was a complete waste.
