iHome iHM78 Rechargeable Mini Speakers (Translucent Gunmetal Gray)

These speakers have proven to be reliable and long lasting we have been using one for over a year and it just keeps on going. The battery life is longer than my mp3 plus the sound is clear and loud depending on volume and well worth the price. Keep in mind outdoors these will do just fine for a small group, more than 20 people then buy something bigger enormously bigger.

It doesn't last long enough. The batteries die fast even when they are turned off! I don't know why. They sound ok for little speakers but they just don't hold the charge that I needed them to.

I bought the previous model iHM77B iHome speakers several years ago and am still enjoying them today. I bought these for my wife thinking they would be even better than mine but that's not the case.These still are a great little speaker but the design is a little more bulky and the angle of the speakers is goofy. They don't collapse as nice and take up more space with not (to what I can tell) any better sound quality.Still think these are probably better than other brands though so I would most likely buy these again unless I could get a pair of the older version.

I like these so much..this is my second pair..but as you can see it separated from the bottom in the first week that I had it..can't get it back together because it is spring loaded. What do you suggest I do.?

I have an old truck with no sound system. These stick right on the metal dashboard. The batteries lasted long enough to provide music for an outdoor party for several hours.

I have not owned any previous speakers but these are quite a pair that I got. I hate the cables but you can get used to them really great product.

These speakers are awesome!! I was surprised at the sound that came out of them. I wasn't expecting it to be so clear!!! I absolutely love everything about them, the size,the case (bag) to transport them, the fact that they are magnetic and can connect to one another. I purchased two more sets as Christmas gifts!! If you are planning on purchasing them for yourself or as a gift...I highly recommend you do, you won't be disappointed!!!!!

Hits:The speakers are adequate. Really decent sound, and compact for portability. Lasts long time on a charge (no, I didn't time them).Miss:The cable is a pain in the *ss! It's stiffer and heavier than previous versions of these speakers. Which makes cable management a chore. The cable is so stiff with "permanent set" it will actually flip the very light weight speakers over!
