I bought this set for my Halloween costume as I didn’t want to buy an expensive tennis racket for my tennis Barbie costume. This is a small badmitton racket that felt like it was made of decent quality. I ended up giving it to my friend for her kids and they have enjoyed playing with it.

(UPDATED REVIEW 8/23/2020)The vendor has excellent customer service skills and acknowledged there were some QC issues with their product across the board and was able to work something out with me to ensure customer satisfaction - thanks again! 5* on customer service!(ORIGINAL REVIEW)I had a "junior" size racket but it was still too long for consistent hitting and serving for my 6yo child who is 47.5" tall so I decided to get these shorter rackets and she seems to be hitting more consistent whilst she is learning. The set is cute as it comes with a small backpack, 4 rainbow birdies and two ping pong balls. The strings on the rackets are rainbow, and my kid likes that too since she is into rainbows.The only problem I have is quality of materials - obviously for the price you have to manage your expectations. The birdies came with the feathers deformed from shipping because they are made of flimsy plastic and the rubber tips are not glued to the feathers. You can use hot water to re-shape/round the feathers. The birdies are also really light (3 grams) compared to official ones that are 5-6 grams. This means they won't hit that far or deflect because of air/wind resistance, but maybe this is okay for little kids. One of the pink birdies already has a tear in the feathers after less than a week of use (again flimsy plastic).The grips on the rackets are really cheap and don't really offer much as far as slip-free grips but again after one week, one of the racket grips has already started to shift/unravel.

We bought two of these sets, one pink and one blue. The rackets are good quality for playing in the backyard with a moderate amount of effort. They’re probably not professional quality, but we’ve played every day for a few weeks with no damage other than one birdie that the plastic spilt on. If we could keep the birdies out of the trees, it would be that much better. The bright colors help us spot the birdies and get them down again, but we did lose the green one, so maybe play with that one last if you also have many trees. I like that I can put everything back in the packaging when we’re done playing. It keeps it tidy and all together. The shorter handle length makes it easy for both young beginners and parents who are out of practice.

I got this when it was on sale. AWESOME purchase. Nice net and rackets. Even comes with a volleyball. We had so much fun playing with this!! Very sturdy and would definitely buy again!! Easy to put up also.
