Thirty-Five and a Half Conspiracies (Rose Gardner Mystery) Paperback – November 6, 2015

Wow so much happened in the last few chapters of this book, I'm not even joking. I don't even know what to say, I'm speechless. I will say I defiantly give this way more than five stars. I love all these characters. They each add their own special something to this series. I'll just start from the beginning and say like always I know, I wish Rose and Joe were still together. Hopefully the way things are going I may still have some hope lol. No I don't hate Mason and he is a really nice guy, I've just always been team Joe from the very beginning. There is one thing though you know you can agree on and that is that they both would do anything for Rose no matter what. Then there's Nelly Kate, I think she's the greatest friend that has ever come along for Rose. Their both perfect and it's so nice how they are there for each other no matter what. I feel bad for Nelly Kate and what she's going through at home, along with the loss she's had. I just pray for her things will turn back around for her and work out. Of course there's also Bruce Wayne, which I also think is nice that Rose has as and made a partner in her business. It's really nice how she sticks to standing up for him giving him a chance when no one really will. If it wasn't for Rose his life would have been basically over and ruined. Of course I love Skeeter and Jed you can't help but love them to even though they are more on the criminal side. I love the protection Jed gives Rose and how he actually cares for her in a nice way. He's so honest telling Rose what he thinks at times and how he feels about certain things knowing the life he and Skeeter live, isn't the life she's made for and she shouldn't be in. Rose is good at what she's been doing but she's not really made for the criminal world. I also think even though, Skeeter isn't the best and is more on the wrong side of the law, that he has grown as a person and that Rose has made him more of a better person in a way. I think he has also grown to actually care for Rose even if he would never admit to it. The one thing I love is how they really have become protective of Rose, along with the somewhat friendship/friends that they have become. It is an odd coming together, but I think like I said Rose brings out pure GOOD instead of evil in Skeeter and he somewhat makes Rose tougher. I really like how they all kinda came together in the end it's nice. It's like they now have some kinda unspoken truce "I think." Will have to see. One thing I would like to know is Violet, Roses sister. You didn't get to see much of her in this book and I really would like to know what's up with her and why has she asked Mauve, Mason's mother to help cover for her a bit at the nursery. Where has she been going or what has she been up to. Now you only get a little bit of Kate, Joes sister and I still don't know much about her yet. I'm still on the fence not sure what she's up to or if she really cares about Joe and wants to help out Rose or if she's against her and not so nice. There's more to her story you just don't know it all yet. I can't wait to see what she's really is up to. I'd also like to know who was really behind Roses bail money sense it wasn't Skeeter/ he says and you also know it wasn't Mason along with everyone else. Another thing I like is how Jonah has also become a good friend to Rose and is there for her to talk to when she needs some therapy/advice. It's really nice that she has another person to call a friend compared to what she had before her mama died. It's really nice to see how far Rose has come. Now of course there's one more person we all can't forget the one we hate the most, Hillary! Like I said before getting to see and know a little bit more about Hillary, it makes you slightly feel a little bad for her, her and Joe both but I still think she's wrong for so many things that she has done. I think that yes maybe she does have a little bit of a heart inside of her but that it just was destroyed a long time ago when growing up with what she and Joe were around and what she had gone through with Joes dad. It does make you feel bad for her, knowing the things that she was made to do is so wrong. Even so, I really just keep praying and hoping that there's also more to her pregnancy and hoping that there is some way that it's not Joe's baby even though you know it is probably like 99.9% more than likely his. I still wonder if there is also more to her story a bit that we haven't seen yet and if she also has something up her sleeve. I just can't wait to find out. I also can't wait to see how everyone's lives move on now with everything that happened in the end and where they all stand now. I think with Skeeter and Jed even with Rose being done with all the mess she was into with them that no matter what they always will have her back, be protective of her, and if she needed them they would do anything for her. Like they have that unspoken code lol that no one is to mess with Rose. Kinda like that story you have to talk about when you get older. So of course I was so upset thinking this was the end of the series not knowing that there is another book coming. I will say when I found out I was screaming with joy. I just don't know what I'm going to do till then, sense I just came across this series and seriously read all first 8 books back to back. I have fallen so in love with this series and really think it's one of the best I've ever read. It's truly a quality written series. Kinda like a cheap car vs a Mercedes. It's one of the best and I truly can't wait to read what's next.

I'd seriously have to give this one PURRFECTIONS, I have never been so in gasp in worry about something terribly happening. Thirty-Five push limits of all limits, now we must wait until May to see what follows next.MEOW . . . MEOW . . . MEOWWhen we left 34 Rose was being hauled away to jail . . . Now she must stand trials for the false evidence that J.R. Simmons has placed on her.Mason is probably facing his worst fears in this book, the thought of losing Rose makes him sick. He felt that he failed to protect her from JR Simmons once JR had let the fabricated evidences surfaced.For the Team Joe fans; Joe had stepped on too many toes and did too many thy bidden, while later on in the book he surfaced again with the true purpose of protecting Rose. It might be too late.As far as for Joe's sister Kate, she is enigmatic or mysterious so to speak. I have no idea where her loyalties lies. Is she working alone or is she working for someone else that is not her father?Rose's LADY IN BLACK identity is at risk, but when Rose is being Frame by the orders of JR Simmons. She REFUSED to stand down. I admire Rose's strength and courage in this book, however I worried that she was going a little too far and not think about the repercussion of the after math.For Team Mason Fans: Better have a box of Kleenex next to you. Some part are happy, even one got me jumping in cheers but . . . . I'll just leave it at that.For Neely Kate Fans: She is such a tongue-twister! I did not expect that from her or her other secret of secrets. While Neely Kate knows about Rose being the Lady in Black, but what I did not expect her plan if things started to go down. She's an sneaking spy.The other thing about that Journal that Rose had in 34 and Joe took it? Well that was rarely brought up but I guess with all the things going on that maybe Denise just couldn't do it all in this book. The other thing that was sparsely left out was Hilary's pregnancy and all the crazy ideas we readers have. there's no confirmation on is it Joe's or is it JR's?

As always, a true page-turner. Rose was great and the twist with Skeeter was awesome. Keep on writing them pls!! Love love love

This series is keeping up it's high standards. More shocks and surprises while Roses' character and her relationships continue to develop. Looking forward to the next book.

Although I bought the first book a while ago I only recently read it. I loved the book so much that I bought the other twelve books in the series and I have read them all within in 2 weeks, I couldn't wait to find out what happened next, the humour is brilliant, to the point you laugh out loud and everyone looks at you, but the heartache is just as emotional. Never mind the love stories, friendships and not forgetting the mysteries that get solved

Absolutely brilliant series but you will need to read all the others to fully understand and appreciate the character. This book had me hooked from the start. It's full of drama, emotion and suspense. The bit with NK and the ice cream had me laughing out loud, I just love her, everyone should have a Neely Kate in their lives.

Rose is bound into trouble with her boyfriend and King of the criminal world. Can they all survive!Another brilliant book from Rose Gardener series, full of twists and turns that at times making you wonder who can you trust. Highly recommended
