Mama Francesca Terzetto Parmesan, Asiago & Romano Grated Cheese 8oz

That pretty much says it all. This combination of three different but similar Italian Cheeses will perk the flavor buds in a nanosecond and last the entire meal. My taste buds are so immature and basically worn out from use that it is almost a shame to buy good cheeses, but I love them and Mama Francesca's brand just proves to me that they are still working.The 8 ounce container is just right for our use because it lasts long enough to not spoil or go bad. We avoid it going bad by placing the container in another airtight container so we can have fairly fresh tasting product the next time it is needed. A super product from a new company that we really love.

Kraft's Parmesan is, to my palate, just expensive "white stuff" to put on your dish. It has no detectable flavor. Mama Francesca's bursts with delicious flavor. Well worth paying the extra for if you can afford it.

Have you ever wanted to pour Parmesan cheese on your pasta to fit it with everyone else doing it but could not do it because you hate the way Parmesan cheese tastes? Well, you're in luck! This Parmesan cheese tastes like NOTHING! It adds the Parmesan cheese texture to your pasta without flavoring it. Who knew?! It doesn't even have a smell! Need proof? I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my sense of taste and smell is heightened. I figured surely now that I'm pregnant I will taste and smell this parm. Nope! They did a great job of mimicking the Parmesan cheese texture sans the Parmesan cheese taste. This, my friends, is a true miracle. And they charge 4xs the amount of the generic Parmesan cheese that tastes so much of Parmesan cheese. Paying more for something that tastes like nothing? Score!!
