Dramatic results!
My 15 year old male cat was diagnosed with pancreatitis, along with decreased liver and kidney functioning about two months ago. He hadn't been eating well, had excessive thirst and urination, was vomiting and lethargic. My vet didn't give me any real options, just prescribed some meds to keep him from vomiting and gave him some fluids for his dehydration. As using supplements has worked wonders for my own gastrointestinal issues, I knew I had to find some holistic options for my baby boy. When I got home, I ordered these digestive enzymes. Within a few days of starting him on them, he started to pick back up. Over the past few weeks, he has returned to normal, active and eating well with no excessive thirst or urination, and only occasional vomiting, but not as violent as before. I haven't had his blood work re-checked yet, but I can definitely say that using this product has brought him back from where he was only a few weeks ago. Definitely recommend!

Helped Resolve Long-Term Loose Stools
I have a 15 year old cat who for years has had loose stool. Recently he'd been losing weight quickly and having issues with nausea and vomiting. Our primary care vet did testing, including a GI panel for which the results indicated some slightly elevated liver enzymes and a severe B12 (cobalamin) deficiency . Then an internist aspirated some cells after doing a GI ultrasound. Those cells showed to be fatty, indicating they were inflammed, responding to something they found invasive.I decided to try this product and mix it in with the Sheba Salmon wet food that I was syringe feeding him while he lost all appetite. I also mixed in a full capsule of Ultimate Flora Extra Care 50 billion probiotics once daily. Within several days, he was passing normally formed stool for the first time in years. I was then able to take him off an appetite stimulant and Cerenia. I give him weekly subq B12 injections. He's gained half a pound back and is his perky self again.Very grateful for this product. It is tasteless and not grainy, so my cat doesn't even seem to notice it. Will keep him on this permanently.

A tale of two cats
I have two cats. The first is a 10-year old Maine Coon female who has for years had trouble with large, hard stool despite multiple changes in foods, supplement, and water sources. The second is a 14-year-old domestic shorthair who has always had trouble with digestion that progressed as she aged, and was eventually diagnosed as IBD a year ago. Her symptoms include vomiting and bouts with mostly constipation but occasionally diarrhea. Prior to and after the diagnosis we have gone through various treatments, medications, supplements, and foods. She is now on every other day prednisolone as without this she has persistent vomiting. I don't particularly want a long-term steroid for her, but it is working well and her overall health has improved. All of that to say - this product worked wonderfully for my Maine Coon. She has smaller, softer, and more frequent stools with this product. I mix it in with her wet food and she doesn't even notice. The domestic shorthair, however, went back to multiple bouts of vomiting after eating within a day of starting this. I don't believe there is anything wrong with the product and I was hopeful it would help her condition so we could further reduce the steroid. However, her IBD has made her digestive system balance so fragile that she couldn't handle this. After discontinuing this product, I've had to increase her steroids just to get this flare up under control.Bottom line, great for my cat without IBD, not so much for the cat with persistent, long-term issues. The Maine Coon will continue this as part of her regular diet. It might work for others with digestive issues, but I won't be using it again for my girl with IBD.

and this one is my favorite because of the relatively low cost and lack of ...
I bought this to help my cat, who has IBD. She doesn't seem to even notice I've put it in her food (she's picky) and hasn't had any stomach troubles since I've been using it. I've tried her on a few different probiotic/enzyme blends over the past few months, and this one is my favorite because of the relatively low cost and lack of maltodextrin. IBD cats are very sensitive to additives, so I appreciate the clean ingredients list.

Didn't work for us
My cat has IBD & pancreatitis and takes prednisolone (steroid) for these issues but his condition worsened about 4 months ago and he developed severe diarrhea. Our vet prescribed metronidazole to no avail and his blood work/stool samples came back normal (except for pancreatitis, which we already know he has). We tried probiotics: FortiFlora, Synacore, Wholistic Digest-All, and Pet Ultimates Probiotics For Cats. Each of these products improved his diarrhea slightly but ONLY for the first few days and the severe diarrhea came right back. Those products might work for animals with less severe issues, who knows. Adding pumpkin to his food did nothing either. 1 1/2 weeks ago we took him to a different vet and he prescribed Proviable-Forte. Like a miracle, the diarrhea stopped in a couple days and has not come back! My cat has been gaining back weight and is visibly happier & healthier. Proviable has products that you can buy online but I never tried them so can't speak to their effectiveness. Proviable-Forte can only be obtained by prescription so if you have a dog or cat suffering from severe diarrhea you should definitely try it. It comes in a capsule or paste but apparently the paste has to be refrigerated and is not so easy to administer so I opted for the capsules. I open the capsule and mix the contents with water and give it to my cat via dropper. Speaking of water, we also give our cat fluids at home which is necessary for animals with severe diarrhea. We've tried many foods too and finally settled on Hills I/D both dry & canned. It didn't help the diarrhea but it seems to help with his indigestion and he also likes it. I just wanted to share this because my cat would not have lasted another week if I hadn't stumbled onto Proviable-Forte through my 2nd opinion vet. Best of luck :)

Fantastic
Our 16 year old cat has diabetes and this has really helped him digest his food. He's regained his weight and is much happier.
