I believed I was buying a ream of paper as the photo shows.When it arrived it was 75 crumpled sheets in a plastic bag, shoved through the letterbox.When l checked the order it did say it was for 75 sheets, for what I would normally pay for a ream.It works out at £26.60/ream.I felt it was deliberately misleading to use a photo of a fully wrapped pack and from reading the reviews everyone else thinks the same.It wasn’t worth the hassle of returning it so I put it in the recycle bin.I’m happy in the knowledge that I won’t be caught out again.

I am kicking myself for not reading the reviews. As most people will be, I was trying to access paper quickly as part of my work during this odd situation during lockdown. The description is misleading, showing a picture of a whole ream of paper. Yes, it does mention 75 sheets on the page, but most people will be working fast and not attend to that. This takes advantage of that. Poor show.

I didn't read the description - I thought I was buying the pack in the picture. This is wholly deceiving - what you get is just 75 loose sheets. Really bad value for money - avoid avoid!

Absolute scam! Profiteering off those working from home. This is not a full package of paper as shown, just loose pages in a jiffy bag, to bent from its trip through the post to feed through the printer properly. They should be banned from selling through amazon!

Very disappointed picture shows a ream of paper only 75 sheets received very misleading

I stupidly thought I was buying what was in the picture. What you actually get is 75 sheets (about 1.5cm thick). So it's about 1/5th of a regular pack for the same price. It's an absolute rip off and I feel like an idiot for assuming that the photograph was representative of what you actually get.

For £4.99, I received 75 loose paper which I don’t know if they are genuine HP printing papers. The picture is misleading.

Beware of this product. Looks like you are buying a REAM of paper and for £4.99 that’s what you would expect - need to read the product thoroughly as you only get 75 sheets!Who buys 75 sheets of paper for £4.99. Very misleading and expensive.Lesson learned and won’t be repeated with this company.
