it is a bit dangerous for the DC motor as the actuator does not have any rotation release mechanisms at its limits. It just suddenly stops rotating and the DC motor gets stuck.

Great item!
He needed extra of these. Great price and came early. Very satisfied with quality and items and will purchase more in the future. He uses these parts quite a bit with his technic legos.

It worked as expected and was delivered on time. My son was really happy to recieve it.

Just what I needed
Delivered in a reasonably timely manner, the actuator and housing (not shown here but it makes attaching to various other items much easier) were in perfect condition (I got two). Now my son can raise the arms on his dump truck and push/pull a crane over a train for loading and unloading items. Very neat item, it's a shame Lego either stopped making them or stopped selling them.
