Upset!
Just opened box and equipment is moderately damaged. Cooling fan broken, shell broken, water droplets all over, screws rusted. Is this new or refurbished?

Item would be awesome, if it worked properly
Items is leaking huge amounts of water through laser head and laser connection ports. Wish this machine was defective, I loved it otherwise.

Impossible to contact the vendor
I bough this Laser on 9-6-2020, used for few treatments and now is not working and there is no way to contact the vendor to see a possible reason why is not working

Bought this machine from seller Pongnas. malfunctioning , defective. Pongnas refused to return and refund. I do not recommend this seller at all.

It is illegal to use this product unless you are a medical doctor. Lasers are regulated by law as a medical device and use of such constitute surgery.

Llegó bien , igual a fotos. Sin problema de aduana
El envío fue muy rápido. Llegó bien protegido y sin detalles. Aún no lo pruebo. Pero es tal cual como se describe. No tuvo problemas en aduana, me llegó hasta mi casa sin ningún problema, así que gracias al vendedor y a Amazon. Voy probarlo y escribiré otro comentario.

Pésimo producto, no lo recomiendo para nada!
No duró ni 2 meses funcionando y ahora no dan repuesta ni se puede devolver. Cuidado!!!

El equipo llego con problemas, le escribo al proveedor siempre esta de vacaciones
El equipo prende pero tiene falla le hechamos el agua tal cual como dice las instrucciones pero el equipo tiene un ruido además la pistola o mando se calienta muchísimo.

COMPRE EL EQUIPO DE DEPILACION LASER EN EL MES DE DICIEMBRE , ME LLEGO A TIEMPO , SIN DAÑOS , FUNCIONANDO CORRECTAMENTE , RECOMIENDO ESTE EQUIPO ,TENGO USANDOLO MES Y MEDIO ME ESTA DANDO BUENOS RESULTADOS , MIS CLIENTAS MUY SATISFECHAS CON LO RESULTADOS DE LA DEPILACION .LO UNICO MALO ES QUE SINO ERES EXPERTO EN EQUIPOS DE DEPILACION ,TE COSTARA INICIAR EL TRATAMIENTO, YA QUE NO TIENE VIDEOS O MANUAL PARA EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DEL EQUIPO.PERO EL EQUIPO SI DA BUENOS RESULTADOS Y FUNCIONA ADECUADAMENTE
