Didn't do anything for my bog! Return it!

I really wanted this to work. I have a dog with terrible noise anxiety. This doesn’t seem to be working, but maybe I just need to give it more time.However, after the second time I used it, the on/off switch stopped working. (It worked the first day). Then just now I thought I’d try it again and the volume buttons don’t work. (They did yesterday). That’s enough, it’s going back.

We used the RelaxoPet on the 4th of July and for several days before and after - traditionally a very challenging period for our dogs. We trained them with it for a few weeks before. It seemed to work for all but the loudest of booms. We were able to avoid sedation. The product did appear to work to relax our dogs. We look forward to also using it during thunderstorms at our second home.

I bought the RelaxoPet for my dog who suffers from separation anxiety and likes to bark constantly. This product literally did nothing for him. I tried it both with the sound on and sound off to see if it made a difference. Nope, nothing. Definitely an over priced gimmicky product.

I had high hopes for this. I’ve only had it one full day, and have had it on all day letting my dogs get used to it. The written manual included is just a quick start guide, you have to go online to find a full manual. My internet is crummy so I have not done that yet. This is not a review of the its effectiveness at reducing anxiety because I haven’t had it long enough to tell. But I need to recharge it so would like to turn it off. It will not turn off. Button does absolutely nothing. No phone number to try to troubleshoot. Messaged them from the Facebook page, no response.Edit- they did get back to me, the answer was a photo of the bottom of the device. I didn’t get it at first, but it was supposed to be a photo of how the buttons need to be set in order to turn the device off. If you look at the bottom with the on/off button at the top, all switches need to be to the right. My internet finally allowed me to see the manual, and there is so much more info there.I’m still in the one week intro phase, so once I try it for separation anxiety I’ll revise the review.

I saw a review of this product on a tv program and thought I would give it a shot since the anti stress bed turned into a large chew toy that, to this day my dog refuses to lay in. It took a couple weeks for me to notice a change in my doxie's anxiety level. But after 2 months of using this product my doxie is very much relaxed. If I need to leave her alone in the house, I will put this on while I am getting ready and by the time I leave, she's comfortable enough to just perk her head up and bid me farewell instead of following me around while I get ready and scratching at the front door while I walk away. I had to read the instructions a few times in the beginning because the settings were a little confusing to remember. This product charged to full quickly with the accompanied usb cord and one charge lasts for more than 5 hours. All in all, I'm glad I purchased this product.

I bought this for my puppy who has severe separation anxiety and becomes stressed in her kennel. I bought this in hopes to help her and overall I will say that it works. When alone she drools excessively and will come out of her kennel soaked in her own slobber (not pee). During my work day I’m able to go home on my lunch hour so she isn’t in there longer than 5 hours without being let out, and when I come home she just has damp paws and little bit of a wet tail. So she is still feeling stressed and drools a little but seems to be better than without it. One time I forgot to turn it on and left her for 2 hours and came back to her soaked in her cage. Overall I wouldn’t say that it’s a cure all, but could be for other dogs. I think it depends on the animal and how stressed they are. I’m glad I bought it.So far the speaker functions well, and is small so it’s easy to set it anywhere. Definitely easy to pack if traveling and holds a charge for a decent amount of time. Feels durable, doesn’t seem cheaply made.
