Lots of accounts on how to release/let go of relationships that have ended. There's a method for most experiences. I enjoyed this quick read and obtained some useful tips on processing and accepting post break up and advice on mending your heart.

Very enjoyable read, it's a great book looking at the art of letting go that is presented in form of 20 plus individual stories showing different ways of letting go from women's perspectives.

Easy read with a powerful message. Loved the ending. Definitely some amazing words to remember and live by. Worth the download.

Am besten hat mir an dem Buch gefallen, dass die Ratschläge sehr persönlich und einfühlsam waren. Die angesprochenen Themen waren genau die Sachen über die man bei einer Trennung nachdenkt. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt waren auch die Ratschläge, die einem Mut machen. Diese wurden mit konkreten Beispielen veranschaulicht, dass macht es leichter sie zu verstehen. Ich habe das Buch meinen Freunden weiter empfohlen.
