I’m now on my third brand of Ceylon Cinnamon over the past few months. The quality of the brand I’d been using for years dropped — something that seems to be common among Ceylon these recently so beware, and the new brand I found to replace it was good but no longer available. Argh. Just received this and it looks and smells great and the price is reasonable, so fingers crossed the quality and availability continues. I’ll report back if anything changes, but so far I’d very highly recommend this product.

I have been taking cinnamon capsules for a while for weight loss, I heard that the Ceylon was the best so decided to give them a try. I fell that they do help with suppressing my appetite.

Not for pain! Helps with blood sugar. Should help with possible liver issues from cinnamon use. It takes time to check for possible gane with use.

As a Type 2 diabetic, I find that my #’s have definitely been much lower since I started taking this every morning!
