I love that I can really scrape on my hips and thighs. Nice coverage area. Strong and sturdy but not sharp. Love it

Was great for neck and back massage. Add lots of lubricant for smooth glide. Brought lots of circulation to the area.

Fractured a bone in my arm. Physical therapy was moderately helpful. This is tool gently dragged across length of my arm, reduced internal inflammation, improved range of motion, and reduced pain.

Solid for a good hold

This thing is incredible. Besides the impressive quality, it actually works at getting the inflammation out. I will be getting the styles of these bars. Make sure you use oil on your skin while rubbing out affected areas otherwise it will hurt.

Very sturdy tool.

I love this so much. I got introduced to this by my physical therapist when she'd massage my leg/knee after my ACL surgery to get to the deep tissues and really into the muscles. Hers wasn't this sturdy metal one, but I thought I'd upgrade for my home use - so happy I did. It's truly a dream!! A word of caution though - do not pack this in your carry-on baggage! Mine was confiscated by TSA! They had no idea what it was and thought it was a weapon! I quickly bought another one and next time I'll be smarter and pack in my checked baggage. It's so great to bring with you when you travel - a massage is always within reach! ;) HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I already had the Stickon Sickle Shape tool and liked it. Bought this to use the "pointe tip" to work the hard to get at areas on lateral side of knees. Also have found that the concave part works well on forearms and tricepts.
