Time to buy
I just purchased the 12V DC version. I am only using one on/off setting but it works. I have it switching between 12v "daytime" lighting at 6AM and 12v "nighttime" lighting at 12AM wherein I can use one 12v wall wort to power the timer relay and the two different circuits. I concur with the other reviewer that it seems NC and NO are reversed. The printed graphics on my timer imply that terminals 4 & 5 are NC when the images for the product and the wiring diagram on Amazon show 3 & 4 are NC.

Works well but terminals labeled incorrectly
It’s been working well for me for about 6 months now, running on 24VAC. The only problem is that NO and NC are backwards, but I just swapped the wiring and it was fine. I have L (24VAC in) jumpered to C, and the output to the load (which runs directly on 24VAC, no relay) fed from the “NC” terminal (which is actually normally open). I’m only using one on/off cycle, but it seems to work reliably. Cheap, would buy again.
