Just a small slice daily is enough to get in my dietary dolphin🐬C-15 minimum for a much lower cost than the pills, though the texture and taste of this definitely makes me want to eat more than just a small slice. 3 pounds is enough to last me many weeks if not a few months.

Wow!. What a great cheese. I always have some of this around. I buy 3lbs at a time. It goes faster than you think. You'll end put more on more frequently and on as more dishes.

I have finally found the Romano cheese of my childhood back east at the neighborhood Italian market. Delicious, dry enough but still creamy on the tongue with the tang of the sheep’s milk. Goat’s milk is the only thing that would make it better, I will definitely purchase again.

This is an excellent Pecorino Romano - Sheep Milk...cheese. I use in my soups and of course on pasta. Shipped quickly and with instructions for storing in refrigerator. Price is right.

had a craving for some real Italian cheese to freshly grate at home and this did the trick. Tasted close to what we are used to but could not make the trip to purchase this time. Nice and milky smooth with just enough bite to tempt us to eat it in small chunks ala cart! May purchase again if in a crunch... price was a little higher than we are used to paying for similar, plus adding in the shipping we will keep it as an emergency purchase :)

I've been ordering this cheese for a few years, and I've always been happy with its flavor and texture. The latest delivery had neither. The texture was almost gummy, and it had no flavor to speak of, none of the "bite" you typically get with a good Romano. I wasted a lot of fresh basil, nuts, olive oil and time on a batch of pesto that just tastes like basil and olive oil. Time to find another supplier, especially at this price.

I have purchased Romano from local and other online sellers, and none have compared to this cheese. First, it arrived before my expected delivery date, it was well packaged in a cooler with dry ice and still cold when arrived. The cheese is vacuumed packed so was protected and fresh. I sliced a piece off and tasted it, WOW, what a great flavor this cheese has. The aroma is so appealing and makes you think of a good quality cheese. It is the best Romano cheese I have purchased in the USA. The texture is good, hard enough to grate yet still soft enough to slice if you like to eat it like I do alone. It has a great rich non-bitter flavor and the right amount of salt. It grated nicely and gave my pasta such a great flavor. This will now be my go to Romano cheese and feel the price is excellent for the quality.
