I love it and I am enjoying the product

I liked the fact I have a steamer as a hairdresser I’m used to using them, however this seemed really great on first used then it switched off mid cycle. I panicked and was about to pack it up and send it back and thought let me try one more time. It had cooled down and came back on, the problem is now when it gets too hot it switches itself off till it’s cooler. The element in this clearly isn’t strong enough, so my advice is half way through the cycle refill it with cold water to cool it down, it ideal but if you decide to keep it till you get a better quality one it will do, though I would recommend or buy this again.

Hmmm not quite sure about this product drips all over my clients. And Steam funnelled bit keeps burning the back of the head… not sure what to do to make there steam treatment mor comfortable…. Feels a bit like a wast of money …

This product was great when I first started using it. Delivery times was good, needed a little help with assembly by husband, heated up well and was really working well. Have used it now about 6 or 7 times. Now all of a sudden water is spilling out straight onto the floor. This is really annoying as I have only had it 3 months! I'm not happy and don't know what to do.

Bought this product thinking was a nice present for my wife as facial and hair dryer not to find was totally wast of space and Money its not secure if it drops and no manual just a little piece of paper think it’s in foreign language poor quality product not worthy £
