Easy to use and: It Works!
Each of my 5 kids weighed in higher than 8 lbs at birth. My smallest was 8.2, and my last was 9.3! I've dealt with weakened muscles for years. My doctor's only advice was to do kegels and give up coffee. As if! Anyway, I've used tampons and pads for years, with some inconsistent luck. I saw this product and decided to give it a try, although it seemed far-fetched that a little disc would do anything. It inserts like a tampon but I think the plastic applicator is bulky and a little uncomfortable. Once it's been deployed I was shocked that I couldn't feel it! My first day with it was borderline miraculous to me. I still use a pad to catch small leaks if they occur. I don't use the string because I can reach it ok, like removing a diaphragm. I don't use it at home because I worry my muscles will get used to it and it won't be as effective over time? That may not be true but that's my worry. I insert it when I'm heading out on errands or other activities and it just plain Works! I went out of town for a few days and forgot to pack the applicator. I simply folded it in half (again, like a diaphragm) and easily inserted it without the applicator. I still experience a bit of leaking, but after years of office work I have a bad habit of waiting too long to use the restroom so part of that is my bad. But if you can use a tampon - you should give this a try. I 100% recommend this product. 😊

Never did lay flat no matter how much I pulled on the string.
Did not work for me at all. It was for both a prolapsed bladder and vaginal vault prolapse and it wouldn't stay in a flat position and kept staying in a vertical position making it useless. It may have worked if you don't have a vaginal prolapse but it was harder than heck to get in far enough in and get just the plastic out to not pull the insert out along with it.

Leak-free running!
I’ll first say that I’m an OB/GYN and have treated many patients with stress incontinence. I bought this product on the advice of a pelvic floor physical therapist, who determined that I have some urethral hypermobility and pelvic floor muscle fatigue. I prefer to run in the morning, and I was clenching my pelvic floor muscles and then they’d tire out and I’d have stress incontinence leaks for the rest of the day when I’d cough or sneeze. I’ve started using this device for workouts and I’ve noticed a difference right away - it’s helped with the feeling of “heaviness” I used to get while running, and has nearly eliminated leaking later in the day. It’s got step-by-step instructions and I found it relatively easy to insert. It’s comfortable while in place. It’s silicone so pretty easy to clean.I don’t imagine it would work as well for different anatomy (like severe prolapse), but hard to know until you try it. The inserter device is larger than a tampon applicator, so if you have difficulty placing tampons, this might be challenging. I think it would be possible to use a water-based lubricant to make insertion easier if that were an issue (don’t use silicone-based lubricant as that can affect the integrity of the silicone device). All in all, this is way less expensive than a traditional pessary or surgery, so probably worth a try for mild stress incontinence. I will definitely be recommending this as an option for patients.

Not for me
This product was easy to use, the instructions were very simple. The first day I used it I was amazed! No leakage, none at all. I thought I finally found something that will work. But the second day there was leakage and I was so disappointed. I thought maybe I inserted it wrong. So I tried it again a 3rd time and it was like I was using nothing. I checked to see if maybe the rubber/plastic pessary thing lost it's shape or something. Regardless. it didn't work for me.

It works, but it was uncomfortable
This device works as advertised, but I wish it was a bit smaller. The inserter/plunger is about twice the size of a super-absorbency tampon. I felt the bladder support device pushing down on my rectum and rubbing above my pubic bone, especially while walking. It wasn't painful, but I could definitely feel it, which according to the advertisement, is not normal. I unsuccessfully tried inserting it further. I just think it was too big for me. The device measures 2-3/4" x 2-1/4" x 3/4". I ended up removing the device after 6 hours of use because it was irritating. It was easy to remove, but again, uncomfortable to do. It was easy to clean. I had no issues urinating normally with the device. IMO, great idea, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are petite, or if you think your vaginal canal is short, or if you think your uterus is prolapsing.

So Impressed!
I am so pleased with this purchase! I had been buying disposable Impressa inserts at around the same price. I had tried sizes two and three, this product works better! I have no discomfort and love that I can clean and reuse the product. It’s a life saver!

Felt horrible
Felt terrible could not stand at all. Because no sizing you just take a chance it fits and works. Not able to use at all. Might work for someone else. Alternatives are $100-$200.
