Great learning toy. Keeps my kids attention for a while. Good quality and held up well for about a year now

This is an adorable toy and my 8 month old loves to play with the hammer and watch me hit the pegs. She doesn’t quite have the skills or strength herself but she tries. The toy provides a lot of entertainment and I know she’ll enjoy it for years to come. I even enjoying hitting the pegs when we are playing with her toys.I did get it personalized using the cursive script and it is pretty small. Also the paint is coming off the orange peg already and it hasn’t endured that much abuse or play. Maybe a stain would have been better than paint.However overall it’s a great toy and I would buy again.

It’s very good for my toddler who plays with this a lot but the biggest down fall is that the wood chips quite easily. My kid loves these toys from Melissa and doug. I wish the paint and wood doesn’t chip so easy cause I get scared when they chip.

On gifting day: I bought this as a birthday gift to a friend's son. I tried the customized version. The name was inscribed very clearly in bright color, I chose red. The boy's parents were super happy receiving this personalized gift. I'm happy to gift something special. *5 Stars*After visiting the birthday boy's home: Its worth gifting. The 2yr old boy hammered his joy, parent's remembered our gift, as its personalized. But *4 Stars* now, just few days of using it, base wood was dented. Thou worked fine.

A little smaller than I pictured, but it is just what I wanted. Came promptly too.

Great product and quality. I wasn't expecting the plastic round toys and pole to be so small but my twins enjoy playing with it.
