I just received the chair and despite so far on the negative reviews, this chair is pretty as described.Pros:Nice looking chair. The PU Leather is pretty nice.It's comfortable.The recliner works well. I didn't have any issues closing the foot rest with my legs.I like the pockets.The vibrating massage works as well as can be expected.This isn't so much a rocker as it is a glider which I like better.Went together very well. Took maybe 5 minutes if that to assemble.It was packaged nice.The pockets on the front are a plus.Comfortable to sit in. Feels solid.It reclines pretty far back.Con: More informational than cons:The chair is a lot smaller than it looks like in the picture. It looks like a regular size recliner in the picture, but it's not. Then again, I am 6' 3" and 250 lbs so it fits me ok considering my size. My head is higher than the back of the rocker.It's a bit narrow, but that is not so much a con but more informational.Not crazy about the pull cord for reclining, but it works.The chair is worth the price. It seems to be well made, but time will tell. It looks great. This would be a very good chair for someone under 5' 10". I like the smaller size for not taking up too much room.

The chair is good. I got it to have a place to recover from major surgery that I could evict the kids from without ambiguity. It has a small footprint, but feels supportive and roomy (and my BMI is north of 30). I got the faux leather because our baby is always spitting up and it needs to be wipeable - and it is. The cup holders are great. It was easy to assemble. It came in two separate shipments. The massage is garbage - a little better than the old hotel vibrating beds you’d stick a quarter in. I haven’t tried the heat. It sways a little with lateral movement, but not annoyingly and I’m sensitive to such. I think it’s a feature of the smooth rocking, which is quite nice. It doesn’t go all the way flat, so when I really need to rest, I go to bed. But it’s good enough to watch a movie and spend time with the family for a bit during recovery. Getting the footrest down is a little challenging, but a week out from abdominal surgery I was able to do it on my own (slowly and carefully). Every once in awhile I have to push back the seat back as it will creep a bit if you move forward much, but this is also what makes it easier to get up and out. Trade off. Someday, we will watch football again, and this chair will be ideal for it after a long week. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it.

Easy to assemble, easy to retract footrest. Really good support for my bad back and neck. Fits in a small space. Warmth and message better than I expected! The only chair I can nap in. Everything is so convenient and I can rock when I want!! This has been a great buy and didn't disappoint at all. I'd buy another if I had the room for it. The only seat in the house that doesn't hurt my back & neck. Great chair for the money! Didn't expect it to be this nice for the price. Im disabled and I've finally found a comfortable chair that can help with the pain.

When I think recliner, I don't typically think of swivel action or rocking action. This chair has both. To be honest, I wish I'd paid more attention and thought it over before buying this chair. The cup holders? Almost useless because the chair rocks when you go to stand up (so you have to take your drink with you). I do like the heating feature, only really good in the winter, though. The multi-zone vibration is "okay" - but not the best massaging effect, in my opinion. The actual cushions are comfortable enough. I'm 5'9 and prolonged sitting (extending my legs out) causes my feet to swell. This is because the chair is slightly higher than it should be (probably due to the swivel base) and so it applies pressure to my legs at the knee, reducing blood flow. The color I thought I was getting (brown) turned out to be a burgundy instead - so disappointing! The black would have been a much better choice. I wish I'd gotten a chair without the rocking or swivel feature. This chair would have gotten 4 stars without them. If you think you want those features (and you're taller than 5'9") then this chair would probably be a good buy for you. Me? I'll probably end up selling it soon to get a stationary chair.

Very easy to assemble however this chair is very uncomfortable. 4 different members of my family tried it including myself and 3 of 4 disliked it and said its uncomfortable and hard. The 4th member just said its OK. The massage portion doesn't really do much other than small amount of vibration. I was really hoping this would be good for my back. 38 years old an had back surgery last year. U can't recline all the way back without having to use every muscle to hold the chair back and even when just reclining feet is difficult. It doesn't want to pop all the way out. It goes about 1\3 of the way and u really have to help extend it more. I wouldn't recommend for anyone looking for comfort. UPDATE... So now after arguing with this seller about this defective chair they said it wasn't defective but it's normal an will work itself out in time. yesterday it pinched me so bad I have a nice bruise. All because I was trying to just get the footrest to fully pop out. It still only goes 1/3 of the way out it's supposed to. This is just a horrible CHEAPLY made product. WARNING DO NOT BUY.and if I buy it and so ething is wrong or not what you expected you have to pay to ship it back and it's not cheap to do so so please be wary of this product. Couple hundred bucks to ship. I can't afford that nor can I carry it to my car to ship.
