This item took an age to arrive..from China I presume! It arrived in good condition if rather cheaply finished..the zip on the cover wasn't completed stitched in.I used the cushion that very night .... but awoke with a stiff lower back and some pain...I think the problem is that I am not a true side sleeper...more prone oblique...after 2/3 more nights using this cushion and increasing back pain I have given it up!My back pain is improving now...but be aware....not for everyone....glad I didn't pay more.
