It’s ok but a bit thin, doesn’t fill me with confidence

Met my needs, as in support, stability and comfort as I suffer with back pain.

very disappointed with this when i opened it not neoprene feels like cardboardvery stiff and cheap feeling don't think it will last long at all

Sizes are a little difficult to get right, 38 inch waits and large is almost too big.Decent price though for a regular gym goer who does not want to hurt themselves on reasonably heavy weights, but is not going silly big weights

As an amateur and reluctant quasi-lifter to help offset the inevitable headwinds of age, I noticed upon starting to try some deadlifts that my creaking lower back began to creak a bit more than usual and was worryingly offset with some pain. Desperate not to make the whole ordeal even more distressing, I began to look into helpful equipment and recalled the use of a belt.I'm not experienced enough to know whether this belt is better than a stiff leather one. I remember as a youth i felt that a leather one gave far more support, but then again as a youth I wouldn't have felt the same stresses I do now. What i did notice about this product was the following:1) The belt is very comfortable to wear. And I've found that I'm able to work out much more comfortably. I don't know whether this is directly because of the belt, or whether its because I'm getting stronger. But I don't feel comfortable enough to continue without the belt to test the theory, which I think says something about how useful I have felt the belt is.2) The sizes run small. I ordered an appropriate for the size of trousers I usually wear, but found I had to fasten the belt very tightly - uncomfortably so. I have contacted the seller and they have been very helpful.The belt has worked for me, and a month in, I'm still using it every time I work out.

I don’t normally write reviews because I think it’s reasonable to expect an item purchased to be as advertised and fit for purpose. I feel the need to write this as I’m so pleased with the product.During the lockdown period with my local gym closed, I decided to make use of the equipment I had at home. As I need to lift my barbell from the ground, I brought the weight lifting belt for that extra bit of security and support. I’m so pleased that I did. Even though I have a ‘back issue’ that flares up from time to time, I have had no such issues since using the belt. In fact, I must add that this is the second one I have purchased as I lost weight and needed the next side down.The Velcro has remained as good as the first time used and the belt has retained its stiffness and support.I chose the Elite Body Squad belt because I also use their weight lifting gloves. Despite almost daily use have stood the test of time. Obviously this is a brand that you can buy with confidence.

Belt arrived very quickly, unfortunately it is far to small. I am a 33 jean size and ordered a small. The belt is an inch off even touching the hook part of the Velcro so I can't fasten it. To help other people with size I would suggest you measure around your stomach (I am 38" without breathing in). This belt does fit my girlfriend who is a size 10 so I will just keep it.The customer care from this company is excellent they sent me a new medium belt with free of postage on both return and delivery of new belt.The new medium sized belt fits great it must be 6-8 inches longer than the small. I even wear mine loose when sitting at my desk to help keep my back straight.Edited. I must now tell the truth. After receiving the far to small belt I immediately ordered another thick 4" leather belt from a different company. When my leather belt came I loved it (so macho). Then my lightweight replacement medium sized belt arrived (not so macho).Tried both when deadlifting and squatting inside a trap bar and I must say the not so macho lightweight belt from Elite Body Squad is far superior. The leather belt sticks into my ribs and restricts movement (but looks really cool). The non macho belt from Elite gives me support where I need it (back) and allows me to bend over but doesn't look quite as macho.....No brainer really. Upped to 5 stars.

This belt is really comfortable and provides exceptional support when performing heavy lifts.I considered a lot of different options before purchasing this belt and I have to say I’m very impressed with it. The material it is made from feels great against the skin and it isn’t as bulky as some of the leather belts I’ve seen, which I really like because you can wear it under a T-shirt if you prefer. The straps are really strong and you can pull it incredibly tight, giving a great amount of support to your lower back. I’m 6ft 3 with a 35 inch waist and the size M is a perfect fit.A while ago I injured my back doing deadlifts without a belt, but now using this I feel confident to lift heavier than ever before, without the fear of injury.I highly recommend this belt! It has made a huge difference to my workouts and my confidence when training.
