I have gifted this to friends for two years now. Everyone seems to enjoy it. No one has send the remains back to me. The flavors are different from those in English tea assortments. The basis is a good quality black tea; the flavors are FrenchI'll continue to use this as a gift

This is worthwhile! Such a beautiful advent calendar - simple, elegant, diverse. Lots of French, English, Japanese teas represented. I did this for the month of November, you should check it out! None of these are familiar to me in the Midwest USA, so it feels special. Everything is so fragrant and lovely.

Gave one Calendar to my husband and one to my Granddaughter - they were very, very happy with their teas! Both Grandpa and Granddaughter were able to bond over 'a cup of tea' each day albeit by phone. It was a gift for all of us!!

Gave this as a gift--my husband loved the variety and looked forward to a different tea every day. Some flavors he was already familiar with and some were new and different, but he found them all enjoyable. I just might give this again next year.
