Samsung WIS08BG2X LinkStick Wireless
The Samsung WIS08BG2X LinkStick Wireless adapter is currently used with my Samsung 52 inch. When activated through the Info L. button on the remote I receive USA Today News, National/Local Weather, Sports news, and Stock Market information. It was very easy to hook up using the USB port on the television and it linked up to the router once I entered the pass code. No problems with it what so ever. Great price and free shipping no retailer could come close to Amazon's price.

Works Fine, Easy to Use - It's a novelty
It truly is plug and play. Hooked up to my network without a problem. If you are like me and NEEDS to absolutely take advantage of every feature a piece of equipment offers then go for it. When I purchased it, the price was $34.99.In my opinion this should have been included with the TV purchase. The information you get via USA today is simple. Weather, headlines, stocks. The most I get out of it is the WOW factor when people realize your TV has web access. I am sure these features will expand with newer SAMSUNG TVs. I have the 52" 750 and absolutely love the TV.Bottom line, it's a cool feature but it is nothing earth shattering. If you can run a ethernet cable that will work just as well. This item is a novelty and should have been included in the $2.5k price for the TV.

Samsung Wireless USB Adapter
I bought this USB adapter in order to connect the TV to my PC wirelessly instead or running ethernet cable. Unless I am still mistaken, it is used only for stock market, weather and news headlines placed over whatever it is you are watching. If interested in a story, stock or whatever, you can get the full article to read using your remote. I found it easy to set up, but the average user may not want to bother with the IP addresses DNS and other needed data it asks you for to set it up. To do what I wanted, I finally bought a 50' ethernet cable to connect to my PC to play music, pictures and movie files. Love the excellent Samsung TV and BluRay player and the ability to connect the PC to the TV, but this USB Adapter may be the only slightly disappointing feature. Three stars for this gadget - It works, but not for what I wanted or was hoping for. If it can do more tricks I am not aware of yet, then it could be worthwhile.

Great added toy for TV
It's a cool little technology. Weather forecast, stocks, news, etc. I use it maybe once a week. What's cooler is just knowing that you can update your TV via the USB if Samsung comes out with an update. Plus, the sound of wireless internet to your TV is just cool. :) Oh, and I'm not sure of the issues people were having before...mine works fine unless you UNPLUG the TV. I have the 650. Thats when you have to reselect "wireless" from the options menu. But turning on and off the TV WILL still keep your wireless settings. It's a pain on the TV to get to the weather/stocks/news though - there is no 1 button to press (unless you have a very nice universal remote such as Harmony where you can program a series of buttons to ONE button (a macro)...which i did). :)

NOT WORTH IT
I was expecting more from this. It will give me the weather, stock prices but can't get my local news. That's is the 3 things it can do. I can get all of this on my computer. I should of gotten the $35.00 USB device that would of gotten me on to Netflex, Blockbuster and a lot more items and apps. It does what it says it will do, but it is not much. Save your money.

Have been using for quite a while now and unless you have your wireless router set up with the correct, possibly less secure WEP connection, may not connect. With security being such a prevalent issue at this time, its simply not worth it to take the risk, however, when set up correctly using the noted wireless setup works as described.

USB
Not too overly impressed with it. Although the current news and weather reports are displayed upon turning on the television. I'm sure there are more features to it. However, I haven't sat down to figure out what they are.
