Great workout
Watching the video, one can’t help but admire the versatility of this item. One has to watch Jon Hinds’ video to appreciate the range of exercises one can do with it.I’m starting kinda slow with it: 86 years old; low back problem (spondylolisthesis); after about 3 months hiatus from exercise.

Mothers day gift.
Received this for Mother's day. Now I have abs of steel! (Look out Gal!)My son also uses it, we had competitions over the summer for who could do the most roll outs. Now he has the abs of a 14 year old Thor.

Happy with our purchase so far
We have a section of our den dedicated to weights, fitness gadgets, etc. I've had a typical ab roller and while I love it and its effectiveness, my bony knees don't! I needed a reverse ab wheel where I didn't have to kneel on the ground. Assembly wasn't too difficult and the product is bulky so I won't be traveling anywhere with it, but the workouts have been great. Setting up for the exercise is a bit awkward, but in my opinion, you can't deny the effectiveness and stretch that it provides. Now its just up to me to utilize it more often!

Excellent Idea/Midling execution
Far flimsier than it looked in the ad.And the metal set screws that mount the pedalsto the metal rod run through the plasticof the pedal...Not a great idea.The device is an excellent idea not so well executed.

Best ab wheel yet. Very smooth action. The foot straps could be a little for us big footed people. But it works perfect either way
