The audio quality is good as well as the comfort, and I really like that it has an angled audio jack and volume buttons. My issue with it is the horrible microphone quality. As someone who is in public spaces a lot, I use earbuds for phone calls often, so I was really disappointed in these. The person on the other end can either barely hear me or gets static. Other than that they work well, but it also means I need another pair.

Update: I’m adding stars to this review because the customer service is really good. They saw my review and reached out. Good customer service is everything for me and I’m glad I had a chance to talk with them.Unless my dictionary has failed me, these are NOT noise-cancelling headphones. I bought these to help with my reading for school, as I’m easily distracted and I read slowly. Thought these would ‘cancel’ background noise and they do not.Purchase if you don’t need the noise-cancelling feature. Look at another product if you need the noise-canceling feature. I’ll give a star for quality sound and a star for comfort, otherwise, the feature that I purchased these for is not doing what I need it to do which makes these a waste of money.

They seem well made and are comfortable in the ear. They don't do a great job at blocking outside noises. I sometimes use protective ear wear over these if I am mowing to help block other noise. They work pretty good when wearing a helmet as they don't come out easily. Like the angled plug and Vol +, Vol -, & Play/Pause buttons.

The sound quality is great, and the noise canceling is really good. The play/pause and volume buttons work on just about every media/video app I've used....... but...... ugh.... the right-side speaker is rattling. It sounds like the cone is busted. It's a shame because I really liked these, a LOT

Bought these for my wife and an extended trip we took. Used primarily on long flightsto listen to movies and cut down the engine noise. She was happy with results and theoverall comfort.

I had high hopes based on reviews. Sadly these don’t fit my ear canal and keep dropping out when I walk. Have discontinued use.
