Only lasted two days.
Ordered another one. The hub that the clamp goes on was the problem. Make sure all the plastic is cut off in between the hub slots. If not the clamp will not clamp on motor shaft. I did away with the clamp and put a hose clamp on it also. Work fine now.

Buy the extended warranty, you’ll need it!
Broke when I got it. Broke again when I tried to use it. LG customer service and their window units are wasting resources that could be used by other manufacturers to build a high quality a/c window unit.

Would be worked great if it wasn't broken when I received it
It was broken when it came in so we tried super gluing it . it lasted 30 days. I will reorder and pray it isn't broken again.

Don't bother
Came well wrapped in an overstuffed box, but still broken. Received an immediate refund, no questions asked.
