Easy to use nicer than the ones at Walmart and durable still using 3 plus years

Easy to put up, inexpensive, and lightweight, but sturdy enough that they haven't fallen yet.I used them for 33" wide windows, and hung a single grommet top panel on each one. I chose grommets because I'd be opening and closing frequently, and wanted something that slides easily. For me, for this usage, the rods are great.But if you have wider windows, be aware. The connector that holds the two sides together (visible in Amazon's first two product pictures) ends up as a protrusion. If you're using this for curtains, especially for grommeted ones, the curtains will not slide over this bump easily. For me, 33 inch windows means the bump is just 5" from one side, so I installed them so the bump is on the side where the curtains hang when opened, and it actually helps anchor the last grommet on that side. But for wider windows, the bump would be closer to the center. 40" windows would mean the bump is a foot out, and perhaps far more annoying for sliding curtains over.

The media could not be loaded.  It's very sturdy and I created a nice look in my bathroom. Odd window so I couldn't find blinds to fit so I created a look with these rods.

These curtain rods worked perfectly for the job in mind for them. I was a bit worried because the width of the windows is 46", which is at the very end of the recommended width. The curtains used on the rods are a lightweight fabric. Two weeks later, the curtains are right where they were hung; they've never fallen or sagged in the least. We're very happy with this purchase.

running to walmart & home depot each week, i couldnt find 3 of the exact same size or style or color (unless i could afford to spend over $10 each :O OMS i swear, it's like bait n switch at local places :( ) frustrated, i finally ordered from amazon; honestly expecting some pieces of crap that wouldn't hold up a hankie! Oh My Stars! i received 6 sturdy tension rods! 3 of them hold up 3 heavier weight blackout curtains i purchased thru here (that i have doubled up & pinned - cuz it was the shortest size i could get, but don't need all the length) ... believe it or not, just tonight a neighbor came to see my apt & asked: how did you get all those curtains to stay up? (i said: tension rods) she said, but they look heavy! i said they aren't all that heavy, but the rods are way better quality than i was expecting! LOL previously, another neighbor had seen them; she asked if she could touch them - or would they fall cuz the rods were crap (she thought i got the rods at walmart, where she got hers) - i said: oh no! go ahead! i'm at 'em every day, opening & closing these damn jalousie windows that i can't stand LOL so far, the rods are holding up! :)

These rods bend in the middle when extending them out past 20 inches. I have 24 inch windows (rods are listed at up to 28) and when I extended the rod to fit the window, it sagged in the middle. I am hanging very light, very shear valances Not a lot of weight. They work OK for the time being and the price was right.

I was pleasantly surprised by these curtain rods. The six-pack was a great value for the price. They're easy to install but I'm not sure how durable they're going to be. I probably wouldn't use them for heavy curtains or drapes but they're perfect for lighter-weight fabrics and sheers.

Bought these for my mom to use for her patio curtains and she loves them. They are sturdy and work very well for her problem with morning sun on her patio and were a easy install.
