Amazing product! I’ve done through a couple of such frothers that work on cells, and it’s a pain. They just break and the constant changing out of the batteries is not fun especially if you use this 2-3 times a day..This one has a good battery, not had to charge it in the past week, and we use this a LOT in our house!This particular model doesn’t come with a stand, but I have a couple from my previous ones and this one just slots in. It has a helpful led up top, red for charging and green when done. There’s a couple of speeds and I’ve not had to adjust yet, since this is primarily used for frothing milk but I believe the second setting adds a bit more power.There’s also an additional attachment which is nice to have!Oh and I forgot to mention, the customer support is amazing! You just need to send them an email with the Amazon order number and you’re covered for 2 years …which is perfect! :-)

She sent a new replacement within a week.After trying it, I am blown by how easy and quick it is to use. Literally just pour in the milk, press a button, and within seconds, you get frothy foam you can use on your coffee or where you want to put that.On top of that, it has a nice sleek design where it's quite skinny and small. That's a plus for me because I have a bulky Frother and it's a hassle to clean. This product is simple: pull out the whisk and wash.Haven't tried the big whisk yet for eggs, but I look forward to that.My only warning is that pulling apart the body and whisk is a bit tough. I'm not much of an instruction person, especially if there's only two parts: body and whisk. So I put it together and didn't realize how tough it is to pull apart. I didn't want to risk bending anything, so I double checked with the little booklet on where to grip when pulling apart. So please read the instructions before forcing anything or you may risk bending the whisk.

Update (4/28/25)I will add a star back, as I was unaware of the unit needing to use ONLY a USB-A to USB-C cable and that a USB-C to USB-C cable WILL NOT work at charging the unit, as the circuit isn't compatible for the higher mAh/voltage... I was able to fully charge the unit with the USB-A to USB-C cable and seeing the red led light, and did go off after charging, unlike with the CtoC cable not seeing the red led at all...Update (4/26/25)No reduction in speed or any indication of battery wearing out with flashing lights or warning whatsoever, just finished frothing wife's coffee and go to do the same to my cup and dead! D-E-A-D, DEAD!? Maybe a one off, but need to take another star off for this recent issue with battery life...Put on the charger, USB-C, and would think I'd get a red light or something, as I recalled seeing a blue light when charged, the one to two times charging since owning (initial top off, and 1st full charge)4/25/25 thought I posted, but forgot...Great Battery life and more importantly how well it does as a frother!I would like to see better response in control between on/off and 2nd speed, as you have to shift your fingers and time the turning it off or make a mess not having it closer to edge of cup, vs the middle it gets really going fast!

I really enjoy using this frother. The double spirals whip liquids quickly. The controls are simple and the unit keeps its charge a good while. It's easy to clean as well. I use this several times a day to whip milk or half and half and it makes my coffee breaks more enjoyable. Way more indulgent to have a whipped topping on the coffee, instead of just pouring some cream in. It makes my coffee breaks a mini happy event. What can I say? It reminds me of good times meeting with friends for coffee between classes or on a free day. When I registered the unit to activate the warranty, an actual person responded and it was just a positive experience bc the person seemed genuinely interested as to whether or not I was enjoying the product etc. I think that commitment to customers shows in the company's offering of a 2-year warranty. Hard to beat that.
