These look just like the picture. Cute plastic rings. We used them to decorate cupcakes for a party and they were a hit.

These came exactly as pictured and worked perfectly to top the cupcakes at my son't 3rd birthday party. They are well made and all of the kids loved them.

Very nice quality for the price! My four year old daughter loves penguins, and this was a perfect party favor. Her little friends really enjoyed them!

Garbage. I won't put it on my son flip flops as a decor let alone on his cake. The plastic has the same texture of recycled plastic bench. Colors are blended and blurry. And worst Amazon says the item is not eligible for return. Where is the buyer protection Amazon??? I don't care that it is under 10 dollar. It is garbage and Amazon is responsible for selling it.disappointed.
