I think my items came used. For example the hair elastics were open and a random barrette was inside the package. Also several blonde hairs, I am a dark redhead.

Great product

This was just a flat box filled with very cheap tools. I threw them out. I didn't know what to do because I kept opening each single package just to try to make sense of it. I didn't bother starting a return. I just wanted to hit my $160 to finance. So... I saw a question asking if there were instructions and the seller replied yes. There are. If you can jump from step 1 to finish with nothing in-between with each style, those are your instructions. I do great hair, but with incomplete instructions, I felt lost. The bun clip hurt. Bad. It needs to be slid until it will turn just enough to not yank all of your hair out, but also not fall out of your hair. The sliding part doesn't work. A billion pony tail holders that are pull and break hair. After trying on a couple pieces I actually found a long, think, dark hair in one of the items packages. My box was actually unsealed (there was the clear, broken sticker on each opening on the box - first warning, and I still kept going). It was really disgusting.

There are no instructions, just little pictures behind 2 packages included in the order. Any words are in Chinese. I have no idea how to use anything. In the question section someone asked if there were instructions and the seller said yes. Not true. Don't buy if you are a beginner at doing hair. Now I'm having to look for a book so I can use this hair package. Hopefully I can find one. Very disappointed :(
