It is giftable. We had some difficulty assembling as one of the extensions it sits on didn’t want to screw in correctly.It is pretty. I gave it a 4-star as it doesn’t stay lite up very long after dark. My other items stay lite up a lot longer than this one.

This garden owl not only looks great in my garden, but it also blends in really well. If you look at my pictures you can see how well it blends in with all the flowers and plants. The wings are adjustable so you can make changes to them as desired. The body of this owl lights up well at night. Make sure you switch the button on the solar panel to on so the light will turn on at night. My owl and solar panel gets some direct sunlight during the day which is important to charge the battery. This owl is a great addition to my garden.

I have been using these for a few months now and they are still holding up and lighting up each night. Now, I bought them to help keep the birds away, I don't know if they are helping or not, well then again, I don't think they are seeing that I saw a bird playing around it one day.

Well made and a nice decoration, light is kind of dim but wasn't expecting it to be bright.I bought it as a bird deterrent for laying grass seed, but haven't been able to test it for that purpose, as soon as I do I'll come back an update this review.I'm giving it 4 stars since it came a little scratched.

Not the typical use of this I’m sure, but for years we have had issues with barn swallows building their mud nests in our don’t patio. Last year the mud left stains on our siding, their poop left stains on the concrete, and their babies left bird mites, well, everywhere.So this year when our feathery friends tried building again, we purchased this and crossed our fingers!Much to our surprise and delight, this little owl has kept our porch barn swallow free during nesting season! (However now they like to sit on it haha.)Either way I love this owl and if you are looking for a cute little ornament/light for your yard, or something to stave off a barn swallow invasion, this is a great product!

I love this little owl. It is. Pretty design. I read some people review and gave it a two stars but I think some people just don't appreciate art.

Little too short but my fault for not paying attention to measurements. Does glow.

I bought this for my mom for mother's Day and just had it sent to her house so I didn't get to see it and I was up there over this weekend I live 600 mi away and it's very beautiful when I get my own house I'm going to order me one or a couple

Very little light coming through. Will not buy again.
