When I first got these shoes and tried them on, I was mortified to discover they didn't fit. Not to fear! The seller is amazing with customer service and not only replaced them with a larger size, but actually got them back to me in amazing time!The shoes them self look great. They have a very smooth matte shine to them and feel very nice on. I've seen a few other reviews for these boots and a common complaint is that the heel feels spongey. I can honestly say I've walk a couple miles in these and did not at any point notice any sponging action, I'm about 14.5 stone (200 lbs) so I would have thought of all people I would have had the problem.

Look brilliant, slightly large fit, sole extends out by 5mm from the boot (as if the plastic sole was for a larger boot). Not perfect quality but we'll see how they hold up!Update: Ordered in Jan, it's now mid April. The sole has come away from the shoe at the toe, it is no longer water resistant, letting water into the shoe (causing squeaking) and there are a few scuffs BUT.. I wear these shoes 14 hours a day, 6 days a week for work, so I go through shoes quite fast as it is. That being said I'm ordering another pair. They're fantastic, look great casual, formal and anything in between and despite mine wearing down within a few months, they are good quality for the price.Ordered another pair which lasted exactly the same time frame. A couple of re-orders later I've modified my rating from 4 to 5 stars due to maintaining quality over a set time period (5 months worth of wear, worn 6 days a week, 12-15 hours a day).

Perfect boots, perfect price. I got an 8 and have tried both insoles and thick socks to get the best fit. Insoles add more height than the already generous heel so I've opted for the thick socks. A steal at this price - tempted to buy another pair to put down for when these die

Arrived this morning and good condition. No defects. Quality looks fair and sole quite hard. I bought them for fashion purposes and won't be using them for work.. ect. They fit comfortable but they're not a wide fit. For the amount I payed I would say excellent and a good buy.

Bought for fancy dress outfit but my son liked them so much he wears them out too. Slightly narrow for a wide foot so not suitable for him to wear for long periods. Great value for money and would recommend.

My husband loves these boots, which are very smart, comfortable, and not over-priced. He probably won't wear them often, as he normally wears trainers or hiking shoes (or wellies!), but on those occasions when he needs something dressier, these are ideal.

These boots took longer to arrive than estimated, but they are an excellent fit, well made and a lovely design. Excellent value for money and well worth the wait for delivery.

Very good quality for price. Only wear occasionally so should last for ever. Good idea to buy a boot jack to help take them off and boot hook to get them on. (Both available on Amazon site)
