After a year user's experience
Never Purchase Extended warranty from ACKO for any products purchased which is electronic or home consumables.Their extended services team will speak up and take customer complaints very politely but when it comes to delivery, they will arrange a technician visit at home who will just enquire about the complaint raised for my VU Tv which had a technical and software snag after one year, instead of visiting and surveying the product they will state its a software related issues you need to register another complaint and wait for another apathetic 5 days for their team to call and raise a request.Moreover the ACKO Service team while Covid19 has started a new model of their services instead of taking the repairs through authorized service partners which they committed while purchase of their services they take the Covid 19 as an asset to share the commercial required for the technical services and states they will deposit the said amount to you bank account and no matter if the Service authorize center for me its VU if they make charge amount to 12000 and commercial given by ACKO is Rs 2000 then you just may end up calling ACKO pathetic customer care with your entire patience but nothing fruitful will occur.ACKO must pull up their socks and ensure the technician visit at house instead of asking them to call and verbally analyzing whether its technical or mechanical or whatever.The product VU TV being a brand with a recent few years had been into recognition by their SEO marketing and their products may come in a ultra model facilities in lesser significant rates, but to find a fault and snag I had to await 12 months and one day., unfortunately the manufacturer warranty is lost.The extended Warranty is Waste of Money if its ACKO and contacting VU TV service toll free or paid numbers is asking for availability of D Trump. Maybe they are all time busy hanging up customer's call or customer care number is just an number for showcase.

Pictures quality is not good if you are used Samsung tv earlier, my Samsung 40” LED had better pictures quality inspite of being a 10 year old one, had to buy new as I was getting black line in the corner

Pathetic service and bad quality
I had an horrible experience. The TV stopped working after 6 months. On raising complaints the executive visited home and told us that it will replaced within warranty. But the nightmare started after that. There is absolutely no services and it still is 6 weeks and no resolution. You can’t reach the customer support number. The service sucks!!!
