Siete, Spicy Blanco Cashew Queso, 10.8 oz

My favorite vegan cashew “queso” on the market! I just wish I could find it in more stores along with all the Siete products! I am in love!!! Bravo!!!

I LOVE that cheesy nacho dip you can get in any grocery or convenience store here in the US. When quarantine first started, I stocked up on tortilla chips and that cheap nacho cheese dip and consumed it almost daily to soothe my soul. At some point weeks after quarantine as I was munching down on some chips and dip, I decided that I should try and look for a more *fulfilling* dip option as living on that cheap nacho cheese dip was doing quite a number on me. I also usually try to eat more *whole* foods and have been playing with veganism, and I thought it was time to find a less processed, more natural cheese dip option. I found this queso when I was shopping at Whole Foods on Amazon and decided to try it. Best. Quarantine. Decision. It’s thick, tasty, and really cheesy. It obviously doesn’t taste *exactly* like the cheese dip you’ll find in most stores, but I actually prefer the taste of this queso. I feel more nourished, energized and satisfied after eating this as opposed to feeling lethargic and unsatisfied after consuming the cheap cheese dip. If you’re on the fence, definitely give it a go!

I normally like the siete brand (I found out about them through Thrive Market) and so I thought this would be a good purchase. I assume it’s a good product, but my container arrived with the seal popped already and the top of the dip had a weirdness to it that I didn’t care for. It smelled like it would’ve been amazing and spicy and cheeze-y, so I’m still giving it full stars minus one because I haven’t actually been able to eat it yet thanks to a previously opened container.

This is a nice nacho cheezy sauce; but, too mild in spiciness for me.

This was surprisingly tasty! Exceeded my expectations of a vegan cheese dip. Consistency wise it’s a bit on the runnier side.

I’d definitely be happier paying less

Newly vegan and gosh do I miss cheese. I didn’t have high expectations for this but wow- it is so good! It taste like CHEESE! It looks suspiciously gritty and unappetizing in the jar but warm that baby up and POW- it’s cheesy deliciousness.

Overall, this was pretty good plant based alternative. It was slightly spicy but not enough flavor for me.
