***UPDATE***After emailing Tigerbox with my brief consumer rights and views on their second email telling me I was no longer entitled to a refund, and pointing our that it wasn't the money, but more my concern for the safety of others that may purchase this item, They have now contacted the supplier, the item was unavailable to purchase and they issued me a refund. = PLEASE DO NOT BUY FOR EQUINE PURPOSES Metal clip broke when I Was Leading my horse in.Clip made with cheap metal. I had only been using this lead rope for a month as it was a Christmas present. Totally unsuitable to use with horses, as suggested in description, Along with the word ‘Quality’.Also disappointed that the company TigerBoxShirked out of helping me, by telling me that as my purchase was over 30 days, after their initial email apologised and agreed that it shouldn’t have happened. They asked for a photo, and on their reply said that they wouldn’t issue a refund or replacement. (I wouldn’t have wanted a replacement) no offer of an upgrade which so would have been happy to pay the extraFor. It wasn’t so much about the money, but more the safety concern of selling products not fit for purpose. I don’t see a lead rope clip that breaks after a month of using ‘reasonable’.

Very dangerous!
I bought this a year ago to use with my Norwich terrier dog (weight 5.6kg). Yesterday, the metal pin attaching the clip to the lead came away and my dog ran off along a main road! Luckily, he is obedient and returned when called. I can't imagine what could have happened if I had been leading a horse! The clip is obviously faulty and this item needs to be withdrawn and checked for safety, please!

Really rubbish.
The metal clip does not slide up and down smoothly. It looks unaligned. It is £1 shop quality. I tried to return it but I have to pay the return postage for this crap! I think I’ll just put it in the bin instead. Don’t waste your money!!

Great quality and colour
Clip is good quality and has withstood being a field leadrope for my naughty New Forest! He's quite strong so would have snapped if it were bad quality (as has happened previously!)

Super nice customer service but the product is not good. The brass end is way to small to attach to the horses harness.

Good lead
We use this for our 1yr old staffy ad she had bitten alot of leads. We needed a that is thick and strong, so far this is a great lead to hold she hasn't been able to chew it to much and it's a good length. I will buy one for my older dog.

Good dog lead
Really good lead for my Staffordshire bull terrier I got the black one and it washes great in the washing machine. Great for the price deffo buy again in the future. Thanks

Absolutely huge..but this was my mistake as my dog is only 11 kilos fully grown do can not use this lead as it's way too high for him..The quality of the lead itself is excellent and would be perfect for a big 🐕 dog ..... thanks.
