Great desktop monitor speaker stands!
I was seriously considering the Soundrise speaker stands for my desk setup to hold my pair of JBL LSR 305s. For me, those stands would have been too tall for my liking (the base of the speakers would have been around 9.5" above my desktop, factoring in the thickness of the stands' steel plate frame), while the slight angle has these at around 5" above my desktop, resulting in the tweeters at my ear-level, which was ideal! The characteristic "bounce" that I have read which describes the Soundrise speakers also describes these stands as well, but since the distance from the desktop isn't as far, I can only imagine that it's not QUITE AS unnerving an experience. You get used to it. These stands are strong (the JBL LSR 305s weigh about 10lbs each) and there is no noticeable sag due to the slight angle in the design. These stands look like they were shipped with these speakers!I can't recommend these stands highly enough, particularly for the price. There is no noticeable vibration transfer from these stands, but to be honest, I haven't really cranked up the volume on these speakers with bass-heavy music playing...YET!!! And you still save some space on your desktop underneath the speakers (as long as you're not planning to put a dozen copies of The Brothers Karamazov in that space) to make a noticeable difference.I hope this review helps you with your decision, and whatever direction you decide on, I hope it is as satisfying as I am with my decision.ALL THE BEST & STAY WELL!!!

NICE & STURDY SPEAKER STANDS
I'm putting together a little recording space for my home office & wanted to get some speaker stands that I could put on top of my desk for my Yamaha HS50M studio monitors. I'm so glad I made this purchase for several reasons. The stands are well-built, made of aluminum & are pretty low-profile, not eating up a lot of space on top of my desk - I also like the fact that the design allows you to place things underneath them. My Yamaha monitors are roughly 10+ lbs. each & these stands hold them with no problem & still feel sturdy. They have a little lip on the back to hold your speakers in place & they have a slight upward angle to ensure your speakers don't fall off the front. This places them at the perfect height (head-level) while I sit on my chair & playback audio. They were packed nicely with plenty of padding so there were no unwanted dents/scratches. They also come with 8 additional adhesive, anti-vibration silicon rubber pads.As I mentioned, I have the Yamaha HS50M studio monitors which measure at 6.5" wide, 7 3/4" deep, & 10.5" height. The monitors are about 2" deeper than the stands & about 1/2" wider on both sides (see pictures), but still feel very secure on them. For $60, this was a great buy & I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for sturdy, low-profile, space-saving stands.

Huge audio improvement for a small price.
I have a modest, home recording studio on my wooden desk. Very simple setup: Dell Laptop, Roland Quad Capture Interface, Sonar Pro and M-Audio 3" Monitors. My problem was, the wood from the desk absorbs the bass from the monitors making mixing the bass parts near impossible. I'd mix the song down, get the song into my car and the volume was either too loud or not loud enough. A little research and space underneath the speakers between the desk and the monitors was what was needed.Enter the Stageek Aluminum Desktop Speaker Stands. At $59.99, they provide just that AND for a great price. They elevate the speakers just 4 inches off the wood so the speaker profile isn't too 'high up' looking from far away. Enough space for the bass to breath, be heard and not absorb into the wood of the desk and ALSO enough space for storage underneath. I have the Roland interface under the left monitor stand and pictures of my wife and daughter under the right one. And, with monitors elevated, they sit at ear level providing clarity that I never had before. They come with rubber grips so your speakers won't slide or scrape and they look sharp too.No complaints. $60 is a steal for what you get. Everything I needed, a sleek design and a subtle (black subdued) presentation.

Fit the vanatoo t0 like a dream
Wanted to find some speaker stands but the ones commonly recommended for vanatoo T0's are an eyesore and seem unstable- queue the Stageek aluminum stands. They came well packaged and protected, and installation was as simple as using the included pads and placing on my desk. Because I may change orientation of my vanatoos I applied the rubber feet to the top surface of the stands. Note: the vanatoos hang off the front edge about 1cm and are slightly narrower, but it looks like they were meant for eachother. Keep this in mind when installing the pads so they can be "invisible" under the monitors.Downsides:-Little bit of give on the arms especially with the weight from monitors. This may actually be good because if it were super rigid the vibrations may transfer directly to the desk-I wouldn't recommend anything heavy as you lose the slight angle of the stands- vanatoos seem within the weight rangeUpsides:-I noticed an increase in volume since the speakers are elevated and slightly angled-Decrease in desk vibrations from speakers-Less clutter, and more importantly space for things like DACs/Amps that can easily fit under the setup.-Good value for the money. For a basic product it seems expensive, but considering the market size and other competing options, these are a very good deal especially considering the heft and quality.
