Let me start this review by saying that my sister is a bit of a “Tom Boy”. She thinks the longer she can get away without washing her hair the better. I bought Straight Silk to test on her hair after not washing it for about two weeks. I spray and massage the leave-in to damp hair right before blow drying. The result was astonishing! We could not believe how straight her hair looked from only using the blow dryer. It also detangled her long messy mane in minutes. I’m happy that I found a styling product like this that is minimal ingredient and gets us finished with our styling routine quickly.

Yes this will make the hair straight. I used it to blow dry my natural hair with a comb attachment. I have 3a hair. Then I used the curling iron to smooth it. My hair was really straight and smooth.....as if I had a relaxer in my hair. It really does work. No burned hair either.eI sprayed it liberally on my towel dried hair and then blew it dry. I used Dudley's pressing creme with the curling iron. My hair would have gotten even straighter if I used a flat iron.

This is the best product for my kinky curly hair I have found in a decade it worked immediately the first time I used it and has continued to work better and better each time leaves my hair soft and flowy does not cause breakage

I bought it to use on my daughter's hair because she flat presses her hair which is a cross between 3b and 3c hair and a few days later it frizzy. She tried it and OMG her hair was so straight and silky. I will be trying it next.

I was pleasantly surprised how GREAT this product works as a detangler and I LOVE IT especially because it has argan oil and non toxic ingredients. I've tried so many detangles which leave my hair weighted down and greasy. Straight Silk leaves my hair super soft and manageable. Awesome product !!! Will definitely buy again.

I purchased thinking it might not even work, but it did. My hair is wavy and this product helped keep straight all day at work. I used flat iron and it was so quick to be straight.

I read the great reviews so tried it but this didn't do much for me. My fine medium curl blonde hair was frizzy in just a few hours after blow dry and flatiron with this on the hair. Maybe I need to oak it?
