The humidifier looks exactly as descirbed and it has been working flawlessly so far. I don't know why but there are still not too many top-fill humidifier options yin the market yet but it makes life so much easier will the top-fill. I can be lousy and I have broken so many of them while flipping the reservoir up and down and now I simply just use my brita pitcher at anytime and I can keep the it going forever.The reservoir looks a bit smaller than other 4L humidifiers that I have seen; however, I don't care at all as it is just so easy to fill it up.I like everything about this product, from the packaging to just have one single knob only. The only thing I don't like about it is that when you open the lid, most of the time you will have water dripping from the condensation created from the mist as the lid is just a flat piece of plastic. Moreover, this humidifier does not have any additional filters in it; I am living in a place with hard water and although i am already using filtered water from my Brita I still worry that white dust or mold will start to accumulate. I will be putting in a filter myself in the reservoir in hope it will do its job to prolong the life of this humidifier. As yes i am just too lazy to it every 5 times of use as recommended.For my purpose, I am turing my home into a smart home where I am connecting the humidifier to a smart plug so i can use voice commands and timers to let it turn on/off by itself. The other touch screens/remote controlled ones will not be able to meet my needs.The humidifier is just so quiet that... sometimes i completely forgot having it running in the background and I start wondering why all of a sudden i get better sleeps at night.

Purchased to maintain proper humidity level in room full of musical instruments since we’re running radiators during winter months. It does the trick.Works great. Easy to refill, clean and orient. Simple and effective, Has a small footprint and is very quiet.

I am so upset! The first 2 nights this humidifier worked great! After the 3rd night, the area surrounding the humidifier was VERY wet. I put a towel under it and thought nothing of it. That night, I turned it on and the light flickered on and off and nothing happened. No more mist, no nothing. Just the flickering light. I emailed the company and did not get a response. I can't send this back as I was so happy with the purchase the first 2 nights that I threw the box away. I am so VERY disappointed.I wanted to add stars to my review as I must say, the company was so accommodating to my issues and to make things right. After determining my humidifier was defected, they sent out a replacement. They were so very professional and nice to work with.

Worked great for 2 weeks now it leaks. Threw away the box can not return Very Unhappy

They were good while they lasted. Easy to clean, great mist and large tank capacity. Unfortunately all three items leaked.

I like the simplicity of it - easy to refill, can change mist output with dial, you know exactly how much water is in there and not a large footprint. Issue is that starting from day 1 it didn’t always work right away after you fill the tank. I literally learned I have to hit it / give it a little love punch on its side in order for it to start working most times. After I get it to start it’s fine, but I have to hit it nearly every time I restart it. It’s not the worst thing in the world - it still works, it doesn’t really leak, but it’s kind of annoying (I got it for my office and sometimes I have to hit it a couple times to get it going). That being said if that happens to you (you get the red light And no mist) try giving it a pretty healthy couple taps on its side to get the blue light / mist going.

I have tried many different types of humidifiers and so far this is the best. The top filling design and silent operation are its two best features. It also produces a fair amount of mist. Probably best to place a few feet away and especially around children as I felt I got too much moisture in my ears the next day. Further, I wish they would stop putting a light on appliances or have an option to turn it off at night. In this case, I found just turning it away helped.

I purchased this humidifier after my Crane humidifier malfunctioned after 5 years of use. This humidifier is very easy to fill, operate and is so much easier to clean and disinfect. I love having the large top opening and whisper quiet operation. I am very pleased with this product.
