Great product. Easy to assemble, fits perfectly in my hallway.

Great product, looks good has tidied up the cloakroom. Overall very happy with the product. BUT, if you don't do a lot of D.I.Y. this will not be a quick or easy assembly. The instruction are next to useless. I had to lay it all out to work out what went where. The main stumbling block apart from lack of instruction and not all items numbered was the little white grommets on the sides that prevent the door from falling down when opened, they have an open side and a closed side. Assemble with the closed side towards the top which is indicated by item 8 and I think 1. It maybe just me but I spent half an hour thinking it out.

One of the worst products you can buy. It arrived in two parts and was quite heavy and a hassle to put together. Nevertheless we gritted through only to find it falling apart because of the short screws that weren't holding the shelves together. Upon msging the company they asked us to get new longer screws to fit and they would reimburse the cost of screws. We did this only to find boards being damaged and screws coming through the other side. It was a nightmare to get rid of because of the weight and also the amount of work we put into building it. They refunded us for the product so good customer service but terrible product. If they improve their design it might become better.

Excellent value for money. A lot of fixings already in place so easy to put together. Very sturdy. I wish they had supplied little round white plastic covers for the visible fixings/screws.

We received this when we bought our house and it fits perfectly by the front door. We did find however that anything above a size 7/8 needs to go in at an angle to fit in but since there are only two of us this isn't really a problem. Also be aware that flip flops or kid shoes have a habit of falling between the shelves and getting wedged! We also found that after a couple of months the unit became loose in a few places after using daily so we have had to glue it in some places. It was fairly easy to assemble and we are still pleased we bought it, could have just been a tad sturdier.

Bought for daughters trainer collection. There were some screws missing, which we replaced ourselves, as couldn’t be bothered to wait. Easy to assemble however there are some uneven gaps when drawers are shut. Still it was a good price. Be interested to see how long it lasts...

Exactly as described I now have a 2 & 3 tier one in which to hide all our shoes away they sit lovely in my porch making it look a lot tidier than having shoes littering it was easy to put together my hubby managed it himself without needing help from me it was a bit heavy to lift once put together but my grandson helped him carry into the porch and its sits nice & sturdy without having to be fastened back to the wall if using in a house where there are small children I would recommend using the wall fittings to hold it back to the wall to make sure they cannot pull it over

This product is a HUGE disappointment. It is falling apart due to poor design. The plug and screw mechanism designed to hold each shoe drawer in place as well as swivel to open and close each drawer is awful. Perhaps the screw is too short or the plug is too weak but this shoe rack fell apart less than a month after I bought and assembled it. I am now having to perch each drawer in place as all of them no longer hold in place or work when I try to screw them on. What a waste of my money!
