San Antonio Premium Whole Yellow Mustard Seeds (4 Ounce)

For some reason yellow mustard seed is no longer offered at any of my local grocery stores. A staple for pickling and Indian cuisine, really happy to find this one. Nice and fresh - my recipe calls for popping them in oil and these mustard seeds were prompt to pop. Transferred to a glass jar for storage.

Very good value and good price. Selling them in a plastic bag is a good deal, but storage really requires a jar to keep them from spilling.

This fall, everyone must have been canning. No Mustard Seed available at any of our grocery stores. (I use it on Pork Loin Roast; not the same without.) I ordered the San Antonio Premium Whole Yellow Mustard Seeds and now have enough for about a year of roasts.
