I used to wake up in the night. I also didn't fall into a deep sleep and was easily woken up. I watched a video by Dr. Berg saying this would help, so I started taking this to keep me asleep. I also couldn't fall asleep easily, so I take L-Tryptophan for that. The combination is working fabulous. Now I can fall asleep and stay asleep.Since taking Calcium Lactate I stay asleep all night! I'm not easily woken anymore. Any little thing would wake me, even a light left on. Not anymore! I can't live with out this.

I have been told that calcium lactate works into bones faster than others so have been using it for a long time. These capsules go down easily as opposed to the others I tried that stuck in my throat. Twin Labs is a reliable vendor. I am very satisfied with this product.

Calcium that’s easy to take due to its capsule form which is hard to find in calcium products. Therefore, no chalky taste! This also has magnesium which is an important addition to calcium for optimum absorption.

This product seems to absorb better then the others. I think it's because it is a ground product in a capsule instead of a solid tablet. It has finally solved my calcium absorption issue that i have had since my thyroid/parathyroid removal surgery. I'm so thankful I found this product.
