OrGREENiC Fire & Earth 9.75 inch fry pan with Non-stick Ceramic Coating, Induction Heat Fry Skillet, Saute Pans, (9.75 Induction Pan, Fire & Earth)

This pan is an excellent choice for a reliable, day to day piece of cookware. It is good to notice that it does not have a lid. However, for me, the lack of a cover adds to the simplistic feature of this item. If you want a reliable one-piece item for daily use, this is worth trying. The size fits most daily cooking needs, and the coating makes both cooking and cleanup easy.

First off, it's not red......it's orange. The way the paint is shaded, it's very deceiving as it looks like the sides are curved. They are not. They are straight up & down just like a regular skillet. Nowhere on the skillet or the papers that came with it state that it's Orgreenic as in my other cookware. If it didn't cost so much to return, I would!

Absolutely amazing fry pan. I've already tried making several different dishes from eggs to chicken with vegetables. Gives great results. The pan heats up nicely, but you can use minimum amount of oil to get great results. You can probably don't use any oil or butter, but I just like to cook my foods with it. I've used a lot of expensive brand name pans, but was never completely satisfied till I got this Fire&Earth pan. I'm looking forward buying more products from the company and replacing all my other pots and pans.Absolutely love it. Highly recommend it.

This product is by far the very best! Truly non-stick and easy clean-up. As a Chef, that is super important! I can make caramel and BAM, perfect! I even take this with me when I travel and there’s cookware provided. Why chance it?! I highly recommend this pan! Every kitchen should have one.

I absolutely love this new pan. I just got it and I sautéed ground meat to make chili. After draining the fat from the meat I was able to use the same pan, ( less dishwashing is my style), to make the chili. I love that the pan is so deep, and wow it was so easy to clean. I know I will be getting a lot of use from my new purchase. So happy that I bought it.

Amazing ! Thought I would only use it for certain foods. Now I use it daily , so much I never put it away after cleaning. Which is so quick and easy. Rinse, wipe dry that's it. Non stick for sure. Love it !!

At first I noticed eggs went directly to the sides off pan,convex in center of pan. I only used wooden or plastic utensils,the finish is starting to come off in a small spot,after only a couple of months. I was going to order the whole set,but won't now.

If this pan had come with a lid, it would have gotten 5 stars from me. Fortunately, I have another pan with a lid that "almost" fits this one.
