Ordered this product as recommended by a physiotherapist for stability exercises and helping with core strength. Had for just a few days so difficult to review entirely, however hopeful for the future.

Easy to use, great size for myself (only 158 cm) and my kids - very good price - highly recommended

I am 5 foot 3 and the size that was recommended I would say was smaller than I would have liked. I am using it for pregnancy. The inflating of it wasn't as easy as it could have been - but does work.

Does everything I need it to do. Pump works great. Does not deflate.

The ball is great, but the pump they send with it is too small and flimsy.

Great product.It does what it supposed to do,easy to assemble, my 11yr son did it for me.A big plus is the foot pump.Value for money.

I am very happy with this purchase. I love the colour, and the ball is being used for many things in our home - desk chair, foot rest in the living room, alternative chair in the living room, exercise ball, pregnancy ball, etc. It is burst resistant.Some things to bear in mind: the pump is manual and can take some effort. Thankfully my husband is kind enough to pump up the ball for me! If you have a better pump, it will make your life easier.The ball will not inflate to its full size the first time you pump it up. So pump it up and use it for a while to soften and stretch it a bit, then pump again and so on. We only realised this after a few months, and were greatly surprised at how much bigger the ball actually was!I highly recommend this ball and would buy again if I needed another. Great price too!
