I really love this shapewear for my arms. I have a dress I couldn’t get into, because of my flabby arms. After putting on the shapewear I could fit the arms of my dress. I absolutely recommend this shapewear! I order an XL and it fits, but not too tight. I have big arms and they are somewhat muscular.

I have thigh sized arms and planning to have a brachioplasty in December. This does wonders for my confidence with long sleeves.. I feel it's true to size and it doesn't roll up like some girdles and it gets that back fat down some..about to purchase another in a smaller size just in case this one starts to get loose. Ordered 2x.. I'm a xl/xxl on top

So just received the item Friday , today is Tuesday. Item came super fast . I’ve been using this actually as a work out garment so I can sweat more around my arm area. I can wear it with a regular bra or sports bra and the clasps are adjustable. So far so good no complaints , fits comfortable so I am able to move around in it, with consistency I hope it helps me shed a few inches in my arm areas. I ordered a 2 X my bra size is 38 DD. Love it. Excatly what i was looking for. Super soft. Ordered an XL. I wear L or Xl. Snug on arms. Comfy on bra/waist area. Could have got a L as i am a 39 around. Over all awesome.

I don’t really like my arms yet but I also own sleeveless clothing from when I was smaller so this was a neat idea. I think this is supposed to be worn while exercising to help your arms sweat but it’s actually very comfortable to wear under my sleeveless shirts. While it is comfortable I don’t know how to measure my arms so I got a 2x when I should’ve gotten a 3x but I feel nice so it’s no big deal. I think with these things the idea probably is to not be loose anyway. I ran errands with it on and it didn’t slip or hurt me so that’s a big plus. I’d say it a good thing to at least try if for no other reason than to look nice sleeveless (if that’s a concern you have).

I bought the black and liked it so well I came back to purchase the beige. Well made and I love that the sleeves go past my elbow. The stretch lace on the sleeves not only is a lovely accent it also helps them from riding up. Based on reviews I order the XL first time but found band too loose even on last hooks. I purchased the large this time and it fits much better. For comparison I wear bra size 36D for those trying to decide on size. Since there are no cups in this garment I would go by the "Lower Bra" sizing in the provided chart.
