Am happy with the glass straws.They are thicker than ordinary straws, but that is OK--and no doubt reduces the chance of breakage.I like having the cleaning brush, though I don't use it each time.Why do I use the glass straws? I regularly drink fresh pressed apple juice, which is very acidic. I'm hoping that using a straw to drink will reduce the acidic effect on my front teeth. Also, I am not keen on using plastic straws so frequently.

These glass straws are awesome. The tool to clean it with is perfect too. I typically keep them together so that I can clean it anytime. The glass is quite thick, so it doesn’t break easily. And since it is thick, is is also quite sturdy as well. I like that these are clear, because you can really see what’s inside and clean them really well. With metal ones, you don’t really know.

It’s a great great value for the items. I like that you have both the bendy and straight straws with two cleaning brushes. I thought that they are a good size as well since they’re pretty sturdy and not flimpsy glass that I fear would break in my mouth if I accidentally bite down too hard.

thicker than what i anticipated, which is nice. sturdy, I've dropped two on the floor already, by accident, they didnt break... i trust them enough for my toddler to use (with supervision). i do suggest these, so if your thinking about it, BUY THEM, BETTER THAN PLASTIC! That's for sure.

I love all my glass straws. For the most part they are easy to clean using the tool they provide. I use the straws for my protein shakes so sometimes how to get stuck to them if I just put them in the dishwasher oh, so I use the tool to clean it and then throw them in the dishwasher to make sure they are very clean. The glass straw does not add any flavor.

Nice, sturdy, environment-friendly straws. And having the cleaning brush is really convenient. The straws work great in a glass or a cup without a lid, but they are too wide to fit into the hole in a lid of a standard to-go cup (Starbucks, Jamba Juice). I would recommend the glass straws as long as you don't mind removing the lid on your cup.

I love the size of these. Perfect for shakes. They're a nice thickness, and I don't anticipate having any breaking issues.

i bought these straws because everywhere you turned people were saying just change one thing as your part to help out so i did .I use a lot of straws. so last summer i was watching Ellen and she was talking about these huge garbage collections of garbage and it being mostly plastic.in the middle of the ocean. and the sea life was ingesting it. iwas greatly saddened. so i started b. so i bought glass. y buying the metal straws. which if your drink is to cold will freeze to your lip and send the chillds right up your spine when that cold metal hits your tooth

Really love the glass straws, they are durable, It’s nice that they don’t have a taste when drinking unlike the aluminum straws. The one thing I really love about the straws they are eco-friendly. So much better on the environment I feel better knowing that I’m not adding more plastic to the world. It’s sad to know we contribute to our oceans being filled with plastic. I will keep finding more ways not to use plastic.

Strong; Glass isn't flimsy, you don't need to treat it like a delicate feather though obviously doing so will make it last longer. But don't fret thinking the slightest knock or bump will break it. Handles hot drinks too!Clear; Very clear, good to see any dirt which you can't with other straws. Also aesthetically pleasing and cool to see the drink travel up.Pure; The taste isn't altered by any metallic taste from a metal straw, or plastic taste from a plastic straw. It also isn't tainted by any dirt collected as you can see and maintain it more diligently. So you're getting a clean and pure tasting experience.Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and the fact you get 6 straws and two pipe-cleaners means that so long as you aren't constantly trying to break the straw, you won't need to spend anything on new ones for quite a while.Recommend to all :)!

Ich brauche zur Zeit Strohhalme wegen einer Zahn-OP. Die Plastikhalme sind so kratzig, deshalb hab ich nach einer Alternative gesucht. Für diese hier hatte ich mich entschieden, weil es die dünnsten Glashalme sind. Nach ein paar Tagen des Ausprobierens bin ich sehr zufrieden damit. Die Halme sind sehr gut gearbeitet, keine kratzigen Stellen oder Macken. Die Enden sind glatt gerundet und fühlen sich geradezu weich an, wenn die Zunge drankommt. Die Länge finde ich auch genau richtig, passt für meine Bechertassen und auch für ein Longdrinkglas reichts. Der Durchmesser von 0,8mm wird exakt eingehalten. Das Reinigen mit dem Bürstchen funktioniert auch gut. Ich kann nichts Negatives finden, bis auf dass man mehr aufpassen muss wegen Glas und halt auch reinigen. - Also, eine tolle Alternative zu Plastikhalmen und dazu noch umweltfreundlich! :)

Arrived well-packaged in paper box with partitions that separated each straw. My mistake, I ordered the wrong size. Please note that the 10mm is a wider straw more appropriate for smoothie use. If you are looking for a regular sized straw, the 8mm would be better. I also like the straight straws because the bent ones sometimes get stuff stuck at the bend. Better than metal straws because you can see how clean they are, and there is no metallic taste. Quality seems to be good.
