useful for 1st/2nd year medical students!
If you're a 1st or 2nd year medical student, you'll need this book for anatomy. It really doesn't matter WHICH edition you get as they're all the same - isn't it great that the human body really doesn't change??This book has great guides, illustrated pictures and great graphs at the end of each section that helps you organize muscle/nerve innervations. There are also some wonderful clinical tie-ins that were definitely tested on our anatomy exams. It's a detailed but readable book that will get you through gross anatomy.

This anatomy dissector is one of the most useful tools if your medial school (or other professional school) publishes its own dissection guide.Grant's dissector provides well illustrated pictures along with each dissection and even clinical tie in to drive home some of the finer aspects of the human anatomy. For me personally it was essential to my success in dissection lab.Even if you just read the step by step instructions Grant's Dissector will give you a better understanding of the relation of every single part to every other part in that area. The way the instructions are presented provide a clear picture of the human body and can provide a good review without even stepping foot in the dissection lab.

Code should come with an ebook!!!
Great dissection instructions, but many images could be larger or clearer, it's hard to see some structures in the diagrams provided. ALSO. Why no ebook with the online code? The other 2 textbooks we have in this line for the course have an ebook, but the one I have in lab that's covered in preservative and human tissue? No, that one I can't read at home where it's clean and doesn't smell like chemicals. Why??? If ANY of them have an ebook it should be this one.

Anatomy All Star
I used this dissector to help consolidate my knowledge during a dental school anatomy course. This dissector clearly explains dissection directions but also outlines relationships between structures which helps consolidate your knowledge. I highly recommend this dissector.

Good book
Bought for my hubby’s gross anatomy class. It has been a blessing, really does break it down step by step so you can break them down step by step the cadavers that is.
