Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on this watch.It runs slow, about three minutes per day and I just can't be adjusting the hands every day.A watch that doesn't keep time accurately is useless.I wear it about 12 hours a day and I wind it too but I have to adjust the time every day in the morning. Please don't buy it.
