I was reluctant to buy this without first trying it out, but the reviews and the reasonable cost convinced me to try it. I am now enjoying the perfect addition to my patio.It took an hour to assemble, but assembly was not difficult. I am 65-years-old and could manage it.I was worried about comfort because I am 5’11” and chubby. It looked too low to be able to get up without stumbling. Turned out it is quite comfortable and it’s easy to get up. No problems.This was an excellent purchase.August 15, 2020 Update -- After a while, I found the cushions become very uncomfortable if you sit more than 20 minutes. I am searching for either replacement cushions or a new, more comfortable love seat.

Very disappointed in this set. Cushions are made of such poor quality foam that they provide no cushioning: it’s like no cushion at all. I spent an additional $278 purchasing replacement foam. Seat covers are stained with either machine oil or grease. Foam inserts for back cushions fills only 2/3 of the fabric cover. The vacuum packed cushions will NOT fluff up in a few days. The plastic wicker material stinks from off-gassing. Since the company won’t pay for returns, save yourself the money and trouble and purchase from a local store where you’ll know what you’re purchasing .This set is just not worth it.Edit 11/30/19: As Amazon instructed, I sent an email to the company and would hear back from them in 2-3 business days. Crickets. The lack of quality and customer service makes this product a definite “No!” Shame on Amazon for allowing this treatment of their loyal customers!

I have assembled a lot of furniture and enjoy it, so when I read that this was difficult and time consuming, I was prepared. I spent 20 mins reviewing instructions, sorting parts, gathering my own tools and setting up a work area, I assembled on a table in a well lit room. I spent 40min putting the two ottoman together and 1 hour putting the loveseat together. There were only a couple of areas that were had to reach, but thankfully, I have small hands. For everyone who warned not to tighten all screws until the end, THANK YOU! It is pretty low to the ground, but I am only 5'. My husband is 6'1" and refused to try it. I am now looking for 2" risers to replace the adjustable screws on the legs. I have a small balcony and this set fit perfect.

I was looking for a loveseat for our apartment's patio and found this one. It was perfect because our balcony isn't huge, and this was going to fit, unlike others i had found. The price was great too! When it came, it came in 2 boxes. Putting it together was honestly the worst. It took two people and there was one point where you had to screw a piece that required sticking your hand down a tight crevice in order to get there. Once the pieces were put together, it looked great and was crazy comfy too!My other downside besides the assembly process is the cushions. The color is beautiful and they claim to be waterproof, however if you leave them outside and it rains, the rain tends to just puddle up, and does sit in the ends of the cushions for a while. Consequently, I bring my cushions inside if I know it is supposed to rain soon.

Love the look. Took a few hours to put together, but wasn't very difficult. It's a little wider than the stated dimensions. I ended up having to take an arm back off of it to make it fit in the space I wanted it to. I was worried it wouldn't be sturdy without that arm holding up the side, but once I bolted them together in the middle it was fine. I have only had it for a week so I can't contest to how it will hold up... But seems solid.The cushions are nice and fat. Not thin... they seem like they will be fine for a long time. The immediately opened up to full capacity.My only addition is I will have to put something to hold the cushions in place. I'm thinking gluing a simple corner piece on the ottomans will help them sit in place.Very excited to spend my summer on this

Was it so difficult to count the correct amount of screws and shims???I ordered three piece patio furniture so my packages was two. One for the bench and one for the pair of ottoman.Both missing screws and shims or are different size than what needs.So I can’t tell u I’d its comfortable and nice because I have to go left and right to find the incorrect materials.

Great addition to my narrow balcony. My 11 year old and I put it together ourselves and later my husband came and tightened it all down. The cushions slip and slide around so I’m going to try anti-skid rug things underneath to see if that helps.

We decided to screen in a small patio and use as a Catio for our pets (2 cats/1 dog). This furniture set I felt was going to give us more options for the way we can move and have a love set or separate sitting for 4. The set was easy to put together and looks great! The cloth seems durable and we will need that for the sake of the fur-family members. The bold blue color is was not really what I wanted but now love it!
