I am kind of confused and upset there is a book but the print is so small you cannot read or understand the book I am thinking about returning it for my money back I have a hard time getting it to fit my ear as well may go back to sender for credit!!

I was surprised that this works as well or better than original ear piece.

Wasn't at all nearly as new.People couldn't hear me and had hard time hearing them.At the beginning it does hurt your ear a LOT.

Quality is not bad. The ear piece is just to big for smaller ears.
